I am very happy with the customer service that I have received. I did not feel pressured to join. I was provided with answers when I asked questions.
The one thing that I am less than pleased about is the costs associated with the service. I feel that a banking charge of $9.95 per month is outrageous in this day of free banking. I would prefer to have my dedicated account at my own bank, and that is not an option. I feel that is a little unprofessional and it seems just a little unethical. That fee on top of the fee that is added to the service itself on top of the attorney fee is a little high. I suppose it is considered cheap considering the interest I could be paying had I not joined.

Great service, very professional staff. It took very minimal time to set up the account, and customer service is awesome. My case worker is very attentive. I am very glad I went with this program. I would recommend anyone that's got their self-overextended to go with this.

I have to say that once we received the correct associate, our service has been A+++. Being in a lot of debt is very stressful, I have to say that after I spoke with Vanessa Martin, it felt like a massive weight was removed. I'm paying my debts, but at a price I can afford. She answered questions I thought of and many I didn't. So grateful!

I am still too new to this to have much to say, but it looks like this program is going to work for me. As far as I can tell now, I'm glad I made the decision to go with Freedom Debt Relief. I have had so many medical expenses that caused me to fall behind in my ability to keep up with required bill payments. Not wanting to fall too far behind, I made the decision to get help. I'm already glad I did.

I found the representative very helpful in solving my debt issue, and I feel very comfortable that now I'll have freedom of debt in the near future. As a new client, FDR has given me a sense of future freedom. I feel like FDR will accomplish what I could not do on my own. They have already made me feel like part of their family and trust they have my back. I chose a reputable company like FDR and NLT to work with my personal accounts and negotiate a settlement with each one with NLT to support me and defend me in case one or more seek legal representation.

I was nervous to reach out for help, but Michael made me feel great about my decision. He did not pressure me to commit to anything I did not feel comfortable about. He thoroughly went through all of my options and discussed everything in detail for me. He never made me feel bad for being in this situation or for asking multiple questions. I only gave an average rating because it is too soon for me to form an opinion since I just enrolled in the past month. I would be happy to provide a more accurate review once I have been with FDR for a longer time.
I will say that everyone I spoke with over the phone or via email during my enrollment process was thorough, efficient, and helpful. And the dashboard/website is so easy to access and use.
I was nervous about enrolling, and there are many companies to choose from. So far, I have not regretted my decision to go with Freedom Debt Relief.

The team at FDR have been so friendly and very patient. I didn’t know where to turn and hadn’t any idea that a company like FDR existed. They helped me weigh my options and talked it out with me until I understood completely where I was with my finances. I never felt pressured or made to feel inept about the process. I now can sleep at night and feel like there is a team of people who will be there for me as I go through this process.

Freedom Debt Relief are easy to work with. I found myself without work and in a difficult place. My credit card debt had gotten out of hand, and I felt as though there was no way out .
I contacted Freedom Debt Relief and they gave me an option where I wouldn't have to declare bankruptcy, which meant a lot to me. They settled with the credit card companies and I focused on getting a job.
I found their services to be invaluable.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation and feel there's no way out.
I’m on track to be debt-free in four years, and there's no prepayment penalty, so it could be sooner than that.

I have requested a copy of my contract since last month and am still on the waiting list. I was told to contact Nicole Deloach, and the last person that I spoke with told me that anybody could help me. Well, I am on the waiting list. I was told to check frequently but not for the same thing.
