    Freedom Debt Relief

    Happy, for the most part

    Overall Experience:

    I am very happy with the customer service that I have received. I did not feel pressured to join. I was provided with answers when I asked questions.

    The one thing that I am less than pleased about is the costs associated with the service. I feel that a banking charge of $9.95 per month is outrageous in this day of free banking. I would prefer to have my dedicated account at my own bank, and that is not an option. I feel that is a little unprofessional and it seems just a little unethical. That fee on top of the fee that is added to the service itself on top of the attorney fee is a little high. I suppose it is considered cheap considering the interest I could be paying had I not joined.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
