My representative was very upfront with the processes winch set me at ease. He was very friendly and we connected over our growing families. I must admit to a degree of reluctance in getting involved with this program. I have always taken care of my personal business just that, personally, except when my career took me overseas. I've been retired from the industry for nearly 30 years. During that time, I have managed to bring in supplemental W-2 earnings up until 2009. The last ten years have eaten up my cash reserve plus a continual increase in credit card debt. I finally decided that this program would not make things worse, and can be the answer to my problem. We spoke with Noel Roman, who consulted with his supervisor and found the best solution for our financial problems. We spoke at length on how the proposed debt resolution would be our best option, and we agreed. His explanation of how the Freedom Debt Relief program worked was very simple and to the point. I have issues with the honesty of Freedom Debt Relief, as it relates to my account. Let's just say I reached my graduation date in four years, only to find out I am not done yet. Freedom Debt Relief has been sending my checks to a law firm that is defunct and not doing business anymore. Please note, never once was I contacted to be made aware of the situation. I became aware after I called about the closing of my Freedom Debt Relief account. My wife and I were so excited about reaching our final payment after four years to find out that we are still not done with the process. I ask everyone to proceed with caution.

I was literally drowning in debt. Due to the death of my mother and having to pay for her funeral, I began to use credit cards to pay bills.
