On July 23, 2018, we, Carolina and Evert Vis, called GreenLink (initial contact) and initiated the beginning of relief from debt. We spoke with Noel Roman, who consulted with his supervisor and found the best solution for our financial problems. We spoke at length on how the proposed debt resolution would be our best option, and we agreed. His explanation of how the Freedom Debt Relief program worked was very simple and to the point. So, instead of digging into further debt, and since we rely heavily on our monthly Social Security checks to survive, we look forward to negotiations with the realization that this has provided us with a positive outlook on our lives. We appreciated their patience and solutions!
