Don't waste your money!
This product is a scam, I followed the steps and ate as per instructions and took the medicine, NOTHING.
I did not lose a pound, if anything it seemed I gained weight.

I am sorry that you did not see the results that you were hoping for. When followed as directed, most customers report that they start seeing results somewhere between the 2nd and 4th week. GOLO is not a quick fix, fad diet, but rather one that will work to get your metabolism back in balance. Depending on past dieting efforts, your age, medications, health issues, or hormones, it may take a bit of time to get everything back into balance. But that balance is the key to losing, getting healthy, and maintaining long term. Some ways that you know the plan is starting to work for you is if you have energy and/or are sleeping better.

The product made me so jittery that I stopped after two days. Their return policy is also lousy. They make it difficult and you will be charged for return shipping.

I am sorry to that GOLO did not work for you. Our supplement, Release is all-natural, contains no harmful ingredients, chemicals, caffeine, or other stimulants. It is considered safe to take with medications or supplements and historically has no known side effects. Because there is no caffeine or stimulants in the supplement, what you describe is not common at all.

Once I received my order I began the program. I keep track of my weight each day. I walk 1.5 miles each day, I also go to water aerobics at the YMCA three times per week. I monitored my food intake as the program requires that I do.
After 45 days I went ahead and ordered another 60 days' worth, even though I had not lost any weight. At 75 days or so of taking the GOLO I still have not had ANY weight loss.
I called customer service for a refund. They of course advised me that ONLY my initial order was eligible for a refund and since that was past 60 days I would not get a refund.
I can't say the effects this may have on other people but it did NOT work for me at all. I would have to advise people considering weight loss options to look elsewhere for help. While the product has not appeared to be harmful to me yet it certainly has not been helpful in any way.
I will be reporting my findings to my doctor at the next appointment. I will also be leaving reviews according to my experience!

Based on what you wrote in your review, it is hard for me to determine whether you followed the GOLO for Life Plan or followed your own way of eating. Many times, we find that when customers are trying to lose weight, they don’t eat enough food and this can make it harder to lose weight. This is why the GOLO Plan was created, it ensures that you are getting enough food to fuel your body AND burn fat during the weight loss process. Because you are so active and also a male, we recommend that you add extra servings to your meals. If you were not adding this additional food to your daily meals this could be the reason that you did not see results.

Not only did I not lose weight, I gained and felt bloated.
Also spoke to Ed about a refund, he advised someone would email and call me and received neither.
Terrible customer service and product.

When you start any new way of eating or supplement, your body can go through an adjustment period and some people may experience mild detoxing symptoms such as bloating. This is usually temporary until your system adjusts and is generally from the change in diet.

Took daily for 3 months, absolutely didn't know I was taking anything. Zero results. Would not recommend. Was just as if I was not taking it. Very disappointing. A lot of money for nothing.

I’ve used their product and followed their plan for three months and haven’t lost a pound. Unfortunately, I threw away my money for another two-month supply before coming to the conclusion that this stuff is snake oil and I’m throwing away good money for bad product.
