Don't waste your money!
This product is a scam, I followed the steps and ate as per instructions and took the medicine, NOTHING.
I did not lose a pound, if anything it seemed I gained weight.

I am sorry that you did not see the results that you were hoping for. When followed as directed, most customers report that they start seeing results somewhere between the 2nd and 4th week. GOLO is not a quick fix, fad diet, but rather one that will work to get your metabolism back in balance. Depending on past dieting efforts, your age, medications, health issues, or hormones, it may take a bit of time to get everything back into balance. But that balance is the key to losing, getting healthy, and maintaining long term. Some ways that you know the plan is starting to work for you is if you have energy and/or are sleeping better.

I have lost a total of 45 pounds and 7 inches off my waist over a 5-month period of time. The GOLO Release capsules have decreased my appetite, provided energy, and allows the feeling of fullness, therefore decreasing the amount of food consumed.
I am a firm believer in this product and will continue to buy and promote this product. This product has contributed to a customer for life.

I just started GOLO today. I took two pills after breakfast and lunch. Planning on taking the third after dinner. I'm calm and have no anxiety and my hunger is GONE. I'm always hungry! Not anymore, thank you GOLO!

Took daily for 3 months, absolutely didn't know I was taking anything. Zero results. Would not recommend. Was just as if I was not taking it. Very disappointing. A lot of money for nothing.

I started 9.04.21 and am down 63 lbs. That being said, if unprocessed healthy eating is not your thing or if you think you can use the program like a magic wand in one hand while you order McDonald's with the other then this is not you. There has to be some accountability for your mindset and actions. That being said, the support is incredible and I haven't felt the compulsion to eat in a hot minute.

I’ve used their product and followed their plan for three months and haven’t lost a pound. Unfortunately, I threw away my money for another two-month supply before coming to the conclusion that this stuff is snake oil and I’m throwing away good money for bad product.
