Buy locally

By Kristin B., Canton, GA, Verified Reviewer

As pans go, these aren't bad. The handles are a little sharp and you have to be very careful not to scorch them. If you have the money, I would invest in All-Clad and/or Calphalon. I have been cooking a long time and reach for All-Clad the most often. The Gotham soup pot is the most handy. I give the pans a three, with five being the best.

All that being said, they must have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I give them less than zero. Long story short, I spent hours on the phone, was told something different each time, was told to mail my pan to the wrong address, and on and on.

This was all to get a small skillet replaced. I could have bought the pan locally for $20.00. I eventually did get a new pan. But it wasn't worth the trouble.

And then they started billing my credit card. I had to get my bank involved. Like I said, I give customer service less than zero.

If you decide to buy, I would buy locally.

Great if you don’t mind being burned

By Marlaina R., Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

The pots and pans themselves work great; they don’t stick and wash easy, HOWEVER, just boiling water on the stove ALL handles get to the temperature of the pot - the lids, pot handles, all of it, I burned my hand lifting the lid to stir my pasta. We had gotten rid of our other pots and pans from being uneven and one thing I never had to worry about was burning my hand or my kids burning themselves when lifting a lid or the pots themselves. With these pots, I expected ALL handles to at least be a good grade not to get hot and dangerous.

Pan and eggs

By Angelo M., Brigantine, NJ, Verified Reviewer

The pan is okay if you're cooking meat or a sandwich, but not eggs. Eggs stick to the pan, over easy eggs are a mess, and scrambled eggs are too. The pan cleans ok but after cooking eggs, especially scrambled eggs, it's tough to clean. Definitely not as seen on the TV.

Good but not great

By Becky S., Myrtle Beach, SC, Verified Reviewer

I have used it twice and I already have a small scratch, so don't believe all of the claims. But it is very easy to clean and nothing sticks to it, so that part is accurate. I will just have to go back to using my plastic utensils.

Overall, I am happy with the product.

Metal utensil safe is untrue

By Patty P., Georgia, Verified Reviewer

First, it is fantastically nonstick, so there is that. It does well in the oven. But to claim that you can use a metal mixer in it is a lie. I ruined my larger pot the first time that I used it, beating mashed potatoes. Since then, I've not touched a metal utensil to my $100 set - but even my skillet has marks. I can't figure that out. I use rubber tongs, rubber spatula. I'm unsure what happened there. I still like the set, but don't appreciate how quickly it is scratching with the care that I am showing it. I'm a bit frustrated with the marks. It is true that it is non-stick and easy cleanup - even out of the oven. THAT is my favorite thing about it - stove to oven, friendly.

Extremely disappointing

By Michael L., Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I got these pans for Christmas and they stick. I made some eggs without using any butter and they got stuck. I've tried other foods as well and the same results. When I called they wanted me to send in pictures of the food sticking bit as I explained we don't put dirty dishes away, we wash them, so they wouldn't help me.

Scratches and sticking

By Cathy M., North Port, FL, Verified Reviewer

We purchased, through Amazon, the 13-piece cookware set. We wanted pans that were non-stick and easy to clean.

You advertise that nothing sticks to the pans and there is no need to use oils or butter. Also, my metal cookware won’t scratch the pans.

To date, my pans have been scratched with metal cookware.

At this moment, I am soaking the one pan, in order to get the stuck-on eggs out. I only hope the stuck-on eggs come out and I can use the pan again.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed with these pans so far.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

Stackability

Lids are interchangeable

They scratch with metal cookware

Eggs stick and don’t slide right out!

Just got mine

By Brenda T., Stanardsville, VA, Verified Reviewer

Before I ordered the set, I purchased a square skillet at Walmart just to see if I liked it. I loved that skillet. Nothing stuck to it and clean up is a breeze. So I ordered the 15-piece set. I used the smaller skillet for eggs this morning and it was wonderful. Just a note, if you use oil or butter (I hate dry eggs) have the heat on med/low setting. The only complaint so far is that I didn't get the cookbook with my order. I will be calling them on that. I look forward to using all the neat stuff.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

Quality

Just as advertised

Nothing sticks (so far)

It is beautiful cookware

Didn't get the cook book with my order

Took a while for it to be delivered, but was worth the wait

That I didn't order the biggest set

Not scratch-free!

By S W., Alabama, Verified Reviewer

Overall it is ok. But claims that it is scratch-free is not true. I was excited to purchase the product because the commercial said you could use metal utensils. I should have known better.

Length of Use: 6–12 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

You don't have to use oil or butter

Dishwasher safe

Relatively easy clean-up

It is NOT scratch resistant

You have to wait a good bit of time for pot to heat up

Expensive

No small pot size

Lids are unhealthy

By Yaz J., New Jersey, Verified Reviewer

The lids have a space between the glass and the stainless portion where oil and other food debris easily collect but it's not easy at all to clean it out, which makes the lids unsanitary in my opinion. I've tried sticking everything between that narrow opening to clean the oil, food, and whatever else out, but to no avail. If anyone has ideas, please share. I don't even use the lids any longer because they're unsanitary.

Length of Use: 1–2 years

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

The handles stay cool

The stackability is good space-wise in the cabinet

The lids

The bottoms are difficult to clean, too many nooks

Non-stick surface

By Gary B., Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

We had this cooking pan for one month and started experiencing food sticking and difficulty cleaning.

Their commercials are misleading and it doesn't perform as advertised. Save your money and keep shopping for the right cooking pan. This company should be heavily fined for being deceitful to the public promoting a poor functioning aggravating experience.

Length of Use: 3–6 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

Good construction

Price

Poor performance

Food sticks

Short term non-sticking surfacing
