Not as Expected

By Debbie, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I purchased 4 of these pans 2 were for wedding gift and 2 for me. Both pans worked as advertised for about the first 8 times of use then everything stuck to them. It didn't matter what you cooked and I had to add some oil so that the food would not stick. I also noticed that even though I cooked on low-med heat, the bottom of the pan became discolored and looked like coating was coming off and it would not come clean with anything I used. In my opinion, these are no better than a good non stick pan.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Big disappointment

By John L, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Verified Reviewer

I went strictly by manufacturer's instructions, never used more than mid heat setting. Pan was great, then after a few months of use, food started sticking. There is a slight discoloration where sticking occurs. Ads show hitting pan with a blow torch, and I never used more than mid setting on a stove, no spray oil, etc. Looks like technology has not yet reached the point where it can be used long term under normal conditions. Back to the R&D lab guys.

Good and Bad

By Dan, Alberta, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I would not waste your time and money with this pan. First the good. The best non-stick surface I have ever had, however, the pan itself is so thin that after a few months, the bottom of the pad is no longer even and rocks like I have a stone under it.

That just too bad because the surface is good, it's just not worth the money you spend on it.

Nope - Pass on this one

By EvelynDanielle, North Okanagan, BC, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I bought this pan at Walmart and it's going right back. It was $19.99, and I didn't have to deal with ordering online or S&H, so I gave it a try.

I just simmered some onions and peppers on very low heat while making spaghetti sauce. I noticed some minor scorching on the pan, but it didn't burn my food. Then, when I went to wash it by hand, I noticed it didn't wipe off as easily as it did in the commercial.

I washed it in warm soapy water and let it dry. Then I went to clean my stove top. What the heck? I now have silver rings on my glass stove top that weren't there before - and I can't get them off!

I was careful to keep all the packaging and paperwork that came with the pan and noticed that there's an Arbitration Agreement included. I read it and it claims that by purchasing this pan you waive all rights to a jury trial or a class action lawsuit. Gee, I wonder why they felt that was necessary to include? Buyer beware!

Buyer Beware

By Lisa Holt-Jones, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I bought two of these frying pans. I have had them for a few months, and now when I cook in them, even with oil, the food gets stuck, just like in an ordinary frying pan. When cooking bacon or sausages, it burns black and you have to soak it to get all that off.

So much for everything sliding off the pan onto your plate. I am just cooking an omelet right now, added some olive oil first, then added the eggs, and it starts to stick. This was an expensive mistake I think!

I can't find my order number to put in the next section but can send a photo to validate my review if needed.

Not impressed

By Lynn, Port Colborne, Ontario, Canaea, Verified Reviewer

It says right on the label that you do not need to use butter or oil. My husband decided to make a fried egg without using butter or oil and the egg stuck to the pan. He did it on medium heat like it says on the label.

I would like a new one to try it again, because I am not happy with mine at all. But I would love to try it again.

Warped pan

By Diane, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I was happy with this pan until it started warping on the bottom. It just keeps twirling around on my flat top stove. So annoying! I will never buy another, very disappointed.

NOT as advertised

By Maggie Scott, Alberta, Canada, Verified Reviewer

Do you ever wonder why you get a 90-day warranty on a product that is supposed to NEVER stick, NEVER scratch? Well it is because it (this product) seemed to only go 90 days without this issue.

I regularly make either scrambled eggs or omelets, as I saute quite often. I have only one time used a metal tool to move the food, and pan was immediately scratched. I have NEVER been able to cook without some type of oil, margarine, or butter, and now ANYTHING you try cooking sticks.

Worth the money? Not in my opinion, and I paid nearly $40 by the time you add in shipping to Canada but not the exchange. Never again.

I can provide pictures if needed.

Not non-stick at all!

By Robyn, Galloway, NJ, Verified Reviewer

I was shocked when I saw this product completely fail to do what it claims. Their whole selling point (and the only reason I bought it) was for the non-stick quality I believed it would have. We read all the packaging information and directions before cooking. It says do not use spray and claims nothing is needed to coat the pan. I cracked an egg into it, and it immediately adhered firmly to the pan, to the point where we had to scrape it out and start over. It completely stuck!

So we coated the pan with some butter and tried again. This prevents sticking everywhere, but where you might want it, in the center of the pan where it must be slightly pitched because all the butter ran right to the sides. Once you maneuver your melted coating around and get the pan covered, THEN the eggs cooked great, and we've used it a few times now that way.

It is easy to clean, I'll give it that. Also, it is the perfect size for cooking eggs, and I like how it looks. But non-stick? Not at all!

Gotham fry pan

By Tony Pettipas, Nova Scotia, Canada, Verified Reviewer

This is a great pan for the first four months, and then like all the rest, it began to scratch and food started to stick to the bottom. The ad, in my opinion, are just hot air meant to sell a product.
