They stick really bad and nothing slides out like they said. I have to use oil just to be able to cook an egg in them, so it is not what I truly expected at all. I have a deep one I use for a deep fryer and it's ok, but nothing else.

Having seen the ads on TV and in catalogs, I decided to try them. I've been disappointed already in past cookware I've bought. It always ends up not being what is described.
These pans are no different. I just got them. The 12" fry pan so far has worked well, no sticking or scratching. However, the second time I used my big pot, while cleaning it out, I saw that the bottom was horribly pitted all over the bottom. I've been trying to call the number given for customer service and can NEVER get through. Bottom line is, don't bother.

I have several of Gotham Steel's cookware and my large frying pan SUCKS. Doesn't matter what heat setting, everything STICKS. Their website has no CONTACT US page anywhere so I can PITCH a complaint. I will never buy again. I will choose a different brand next time.

Well, first off, I ordered the 7-piece Gotham cookware set through Groupon. I only chose the cookware because the item I had purchased (golf tee times coupon) had expired and it seemed like a fair deal for the price. I even had to pay a little extra because my existing coupon was a bit short. Anyway. When I received the item, apparently the recipe/cook book was missing. I then look at the shipping receipt and it states a six piece set, but the box clearly states a 7-piece set. So I try contacting customer service online for Gotham, and all you get is "order", " order", "order".
The cookware itself, EVERYTHING STICKS if you don't use butter or oil. At least that's what my pans do. I can't get an egg or egg whites to slide out like they show unless I use some type of fat. They suggest not using PAM or sprays because they say it will discolor the pans. I definitely can't get popcorn to pop before it burns the kernels. In my case, they are junk/garbage. Buyer beware.

I purchased frying pans from Showcase, and they were a gift for my wife, which we only opened and used two months later. That is when we realized that the frying pans did not work the way they said they would; everything sticks on the small pan and bringer pan.
I called Showcase on this, and they do not warranty this.
So think before buying, as the product is not what they are saying it actually does. I also bought pots that work fine. In fact, I bought the whole set for my wife, including the deep dish pan, which also sticks.

I purchased one of these pans as a gift for my son as he was trying to lose some weight. I thought that without having to use butter or any kind of oil, it would be perfect for him. But to my surprise, it did not work as advertised. The eggs stuck to the pan and were not as easy to wipe out either. I will never purchase another one of these pans. Definitely false advertising!

I loved the pan at first, but now food sticks and I can't clean it properly because it is very hard to clean! I have only had it for six months. Very disappointed. I bought the muffin tin and the crisper tray as well and hope they are better than the fry pan!

I bought a skillet first then went back for a complete set. The large pot has already been damaged, which leads me to believe that it may be a bad deal, however, the other pans are doing well. But I would not use an electric mixer because I did, and it tore it up.

I bought several pans about a year ago. For first several months, I was very pleased; nothing stuck. But as time went on all of the pans started sticking. This morning I cooked onions, tomatoes, and egg beaters. I used olive oil. When all done, I had to scrub out the stuck food. Certainly didn't just wipe out.
I wonder why the pans now stick. I don't overly use them. It seems that not usage, but time is the problem. I wonder what would happen if the pans were never used for a year. Would they stick? If so, that would mean something is leaching into food or air. Worrisome!

Very disappointed that fried eggs burn on to the bottom of the pan. So does bacon and quite a few other items. Even with oil, there is burning. It is an easy cleanup, but I leave half an egg on the fry pan.
