Everything sticks to this pan, so don't believe the "no oil or butter needed." Eggs stick, potatoes stick, and the seasonings burn. I bought two 9.5" deep square pans, and the pan set for Christmas gifts and was very disappointed in the hype. Then, when I call to get the pans replaced, they want you to pay more money for replacements. No way!

I bought a 12.5 inch saute pan via one of my wife's monthly magazines. After a month or so, the center warped and created a "dome" in the center. This means anything I cook burns, as the oil goes to the outside and the center heats up.

Neither Emson nor Gotham will replace the pan. I don't want a refund as I hope it's a faulty pan. Both companies state that without a sales order from Gotham, they can't do anything. But it's a Gotham pan and I bought it from a magazine that is supplied by Gotham! How does that make sense?

I just purchased two Gotham Steel ceramic titanium pans on 12/15/2016.

Yes, my first time using it I used a dot of oil to fry an egg. It was amazing how the egg did not stick to the pan. I used a paper towel to wipe and clean. The second time I used to fry another egg, it stuck to the pan, and yes, it became worse each time I used it.

I will not recommend this because it is false advertisement.

I originally purchased the small Gotham Steel frying pan about a year ago and was happy with it, so I purchased the 9.5" about six months ago.

I have never used a metal spatula or washed the pan with steel wool, but omelets continually stick to the pan now if you don't use oil. I put a straight edge on the bottom of the frying pan and noticed it is now concave by almost 3/32 of an inch. I did this because when I put oil in the pan, it runs off to the edge.

I would not recommend this product to either my friends or to my worst enemy.

We have been using the frying pan for a few months now, and if we don't put oil or butter, everything sticks in it. We like the pan, but it does scratch and sticks.
