I bought a 12.5 inch saute pan via one of my wife's monthly magazines. After a month or so, the center warped and created a "dome" in the center. This means anything I cook burns, as the oil goes to the outside and the center heats up.
Neither Emson nor Gotham will replace the pan. I don't want a refund as I hope it's a faulty pan. Both companies state that without a sales order from Gotham, they can't do anything. But it's a Gotham pan and I bought it from a magazine that is supplied by Gotham! How does that make sense?
Then just found out that they want $9 and change to process my complaint! I have now thrown that pan away and will never buy one of their products again.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
