Good morning, my overall experience with the Groove Life Silicone Ring has been great. I have had my ring for over a year now as a gift from a fellow firefighter. The reason I love this ring is due to being lightweight and it works great with gloves as I'm able to keep my fingers if something was to happen. I got a cut in my ring somehow, I was able to do the warranty and it was great.

I ordered my wife and me the Groove rings and upon me receiving them mine fit great and my wife's was too small. I went through the warranty page and it was simple, they sent me the right size and I mailed the other one back. If you haven't tried the Groove rings, please do. Best purchase I ever made, and also great service.

We ordered rings for my husband and myself, but ordered the wrong size. I sent an email asking what do I need to do to switch them out, and was quickly told that new rings were on the way! This is a great product! I wear my Groove Life ring every day and I like that the ring does not break down over time. Even doing yard work and activities where swearing is prone, I don’t have to worry about removing my ring like I did when I wore a metal ring. My wife likes the fact that my ring actually stays on my finger during outdoor activities. I have previously lost metal wedding rings during outdoor activities.

For the pandemic, as a healthcare provider, I’ve been washing my hands relentlessly, and I realized too late that I somehow managed to clean my ring right off my finger, despite a month-long campaign. Upon opening, I was thoroughly impressed with the look.

I took their survey for the ring size, and didn't quite believe it when it told me I was a size 10, so I ordered a 9 instead.

Sure enough, they were spot on, and the ring I selected was too tight.

I reached out to them to exchange it for the size they originally suggested, and no questions asked, they took care of it for me.

My husband is hard on his hands, working out, welding, always has a project. His ring lasted about 2 years before tearing, which I thought was fine given his style. I bought the Edge blue anchor ring a couple of years ago. It's really comfortable. I lived in Sri Lanka which gets really hot and sticky, and it wasn't an issue wearing it (unlike a standard metal ring). I didn't have any issues with the size after following their recommendations.

After 2 years, the ring tore a little and after emailing the super friendly team (Joel and Mandy) they sent me a replacement where I live - France for the month. All I had to do was cover the shipping.

It might seem a little pricey, but well worth it by its quality of build and the no BS warranty.

I’ve had a Groove ring for about 6 months now. I’ve tried different brands but most of them made my skin peel from the water/moisture that would get trapped under the ring. I’m very active so it was an inconvenience, felt like I had to take my ring off to let my finger air out...

With the Groove ring, I have not had that problem what so ever. I even bought a couple different ones and I am very happy with all of them. Got a couple for my wife and she loves hers too! They’re comfortable, slick, doesn’t even feel like it’s there.

I originally emailed support due to a couple of issues I have with the Samsung watch band that I got a couple of months ago. With no hesitation, she said they could replace it for just $3. Mind you, she emailed me back within a couple of hours. I asked her if my current purchase and the watch band could be shipped together. She apologized for the inconvenience but they cannot be. She then refunded me the $3, just because she wanted to.

I ordered my husband an NFL ring.

He's allergic to certain metals and suggested a silicone ring. Groove popped up on Facebook and I checked them out and found his favorite NFL team.

I ordered it for his birthday and he LOVES it. Unfortunately, he has lost it. But with Groove's warranty, he will get a replacement! $3 for shipping? That's nothing compared to what some other places would ask for. And for what? Maybe a 5-10 year warranty whereas Groove offers a lifetime! (94, but still the same!)

Also, my husband works on vehicles and his ring could stand the challenge and he just loves it. It was perfect timing coming across Groove and now it'll be a whole new surprise to get him his replacement, since he doesn't know about it!

Trying a Groove Life silicone ring after a disappointing experience with another silicon ring company. I like the look of the rings in the catalog and like the airflow feature of this product. The sizing guide was very useful/helpful. I got the same result using all three methods, fingers crossed. When I ordered I noticed I forgot to pick the size.
