We love these rings. They are so much better than traditional rings and are so comfortable and very fashionable. Never had any issues with exchange or any problems at all. They are all around great and make it so easy.

My husband and I looked between a lot of different silicone ring companies. Groove Life offered everything and more for what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier!

I used the ring sizer app to figure out what size we should order, it was a little off so we needed to do an exchange for a size smaller. The exchange process was easy and super simple. They didn't have the size I needed in the original style I ordered and I didn't want to wait. So I emailed them after I processed just my husband's exchange (they had the size he needed) and explained the situation. They asked me if I wanted to wait or change to a different style and I changed. Got confirmation back of my order change and being shipped within 10-15 minutes and an email back confirming what I would like.

Honestly, that couldn't have been any smoother or easier...I am very pleased with everything so far and we can not wait to continue our business with Groove Life company!

When ordering my ring from Groove I was unclear on my ring sizing, as I haven't worn a wedding band for the past 15 years. I utilized the provided sizer and came up with what looked to be the correct size.

After receiving my ring it was snug, but not overly so, I thought it was the correct fit, it was not. After wearing for about a week the silicone began to soften and the ring became too loose. It ended up falling off and I lost it.

I wrote the company, not to request a new ring but to inform them of my issues while sizing myself. I just thought this information may be helpful to others in the same situation.

Jennifer from customer service returned my email that same day, so a fast response to my inquiry (great service). She informed me of a few things to consider when sizing my ring, as well as an offer to replace my lost ring. I was shocked and happy as could be with this offer.

I ordered a Groove Ring for my husband (he works a trade job and loses his metal rings a lot). The warranty of your rings gives me ease of mind knowing that if he were to lose the ring or break it, he can get a new one to replace it. Now there is no excuse for him not wearing one. The customer service that I have had the opportunity to work with, specifically Wendy, made the process of ordering the ring even easier. She was very honest and answered my questions quickly and helped me out a lot.

The no-BS warranty is awesome. Groove Life stands by their warranty and understands that these rings won’t last a lifetime but they will continue to replace them as they break. I bought my husband a Groove ring 2 years ago. He says it's so comfortable, which is great as he is an AC contractor and always working with his hands. Groove Life’s rings are amazing. My husband is active duty in the military and when searching for silicone rings, Groove Life popped up first, and I see why! The rings look and feel great, have a perfect fit, and are more than durable.

I specifically ordered the Edge American Deep Stone ring. The ring is perfect! As I previously stated, the ring fit perfectly, looked great with detailed work. I think they have made the best silicon rings.
