    Groove Life Silicone Ring

    Overall Experience:

    When ordering my ring from Groove I was unclear on my ring sizing, as I haven't worn a wedding band for the past 15 years. I utilized the provided sizer and came up with what looked to be the correct size.

    After receiving my ring it was snug, but not overly so, I thought it was the correct fit, it was not. After wearing for about a week the silicone began to soften and the ring became too loose. It ended up falling off and I lost it.

    I wrote the company, not to request a new ring but to inform them of my issues while sizing myself. I just thought this information may be helpful to others in the same situation.

    Jennifer from customer service returned my email that same day, so a fast response to my inquiry (great service). She informed me of a few things to consider when sizing my ring, as well as an offer to replace my lost ring. I was shocked and happy as could be with this offer.

    I couldn't be happier with my experience with Groove, and will be ordering more from them in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their great products and wonderful, and caring, customer service.

    • Ring sizer is difficult to get an accurate size first try, gives a good range, but kind of a crap shoot. Exchange time in this is a bit lengthy.
