This is my first experience with Groove Life. I thought the website was so interesting. I loved the choices. My ring came sooner than expected and I love it! I loved it so much I ordered two more for me and two for my husband. I also recommended it to my niece who is getting married and my sister-in-law who loved my ring and loved reading about the company.

Groove had a really great sale going on last night (Saturday) and I was having difficulty with the mobile app. On the rare chance of reaching someone on a Saturday night, I attempted an "online" chat. Have tried the other name brand silicon ring and it ate away my skin. Your ring gave me no issues! The try 3 idea is great, I didn't know my size so ordered 3 different sizes and rings. AWESOME idea.

I have to start off by saying I'm glad I chose this ring from Groove Life. I admit, I did look at a couple of others that came through on my Facebook and was originally going to buy one from Enso but didn't pull the trigger. I then searched for other silicone bands and came across Groove Life. I saw that these were worn by a lot of people who were very active in all aspects. I then felt this was the best fit for both myself and my wife. I'm very active with the gym, hiking, and with the golf company I work for and I barely even notice I have it on. I have even recommended this to a lot of my co-workers at my golf company and some are considering ordering. Would not only recommend but will be ordering other ones and colors soon.

I ordered my better half and I both a Groove Ring and mystery ring. Both of us have jobs in the food industry so we needed something that can withstand anything. When we received the order we were so happy to try them on and start wearing them. Mine, unfortunately, was sent in the wrong size. I emailed customer service and was very scared of how this would go. To my surprise, this was a very easy and painless process. Kimberly was fast, efficient, and respectful. I will recommend Groove Life to any and everyone! They are one of the few companies that stand behind their product. The product itself was exactly as it was advertised! Excellent quality and design and very prompt customer service with regard to replacing a ring that was lost. My wife searched many different brands and with Groove, found a very sleek style and design that fits our active lifestyles. These rings mean a lot more since she sustained a ring finger compression fracture that has made conventional metal rings unable to fit her. Thanks a lot!

I ordered the wrong ring size and they were so helpful to get me the right size out. My husband had caught his ring in a machine and it cut his finger and broke the ring, so we decide to go from a metal band to your Groove ring! Very comfortable ring, a lot safer around equipment. A friend posted on Facebook about these rings. I've never heard of them prior to that. I researched the site and finally decided on a design. When my ring arrived it was a bit tight and the company swapped out for another size no questions asked. Since I work in swimming pool cleaning I went with a blue mossy oak camo. I really like the look and feel of the ring.

I was one of the annoying customers who DIDN'T measure their wrist to choose the correct Apple Band size. I reached out and their customer service asked ZERO questions and began processing my return. When the band that I DID need was out of stock, the customer service agent I worked with promised to let me know when it was back. I didn't really expect to hear, just thought I'd check back later. After about a week, I got an e-mail from the SAME customer service rep saying not only that the band was back, but that she had already sent one to me (I hadn't even returned my first one!).

Just SUPER wonderful, no-BS customer service!

I bought a ring from Groove Life seeing as they seemed to be different from every other silicon ring on the market. I’m sure glad I did. I constantly forget I have it on. It’s the most comfortable ring I have ever worn. Also, they have some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. When they say they warranty their products they stand behind it. When I had an issue with one of my rings I purchased they took care of the issue immediately. They have a customer for life.

We ordered two rings. They were awesome, but I was not completely happy about the way mine looked, which I wrote in my review. The next day I received an e-mail. They asked me which other color I might like. They put an order in that night, sent it to me for free and let me keep the one I had purchased! I wasn't sure what size my thumb is so I ordered a bigger size and after rethinking, I wanted to change to a smaller size, so I called customer support but my order was already processed. I was disappointed so I was reached by Kevin and he helped me with my order sending me two rings of different sizes and trusting me with sending the wrong size back. I somehow managed to lose my Groove Ring. The next day I had a request from the Groove Ring company to rate the ring I had purchased. I included the story of how I lost my ring, and much to my surprise, I was contacted the very next day by Jennifer in Customer Service with a sympathetic response. I'm going to consider a different style but I do REALLY like the Groove Ring concept. It is a very comfortable item that you forget is even on your finger. Count me in as a repeat customer any time!
