I was one of the annoying customers who DIDN'T measure their wrist to choose the correct Apple Band size. I reached out and their customer service asked ZERO questions and began processing my return. When the band that I DID need was out of stock, the customer service agent I worked with promised to let me know when it was back. I didn't really expect to hear, just thought I'd check back later. After about a week, I got an e-mail from the SAME customer service rep saying not only that the band was back, but that she had already sent one to me (I hadn't even returned my first one!).
Just SUPER wonderful, no-BS customer service!
