I ordered a ring and realized almost immediately that I ordered the wrong one. I contacted someone from Groove about my mistake and was told once it was processed they couldn't change it but I got in touch with Cheyenne today and she was able to fix my order since I couldn't exchange the ring for a different style online. It was awesome to get this taken care of so I have the right ring when I get married. Thanks for the help!

I had been looking for a quality silicone ring because if arthritis that has made it impossible to wear my regular metal based rings. I have purchased many different rings and have felt embarrassed to even wear them. The Groove rings are so comfortable you don't even notice you have them on. There are so many beautiful options available it hard to choose just one, in fact, I have three so far. Because of the design I don't get irritation under the ring. The customer service is amazing and I love that they are a USA-based company. I received my rings in just a few days in a nice little ring box. This will be the only company from now on that I will use to purchase from. My next ring will be one of the engraved options.

I just recently got married and in order to keep from banging up my beautiful wedding ring at work, I looked into a workday silicone substitute. The first ring I ordered from another company never felt right on my finger and I actually found it irritating over time. I decided to keep looking. I was first drawn to Groove Life when an online search found their band in metallic teal. It was just the color I was looking for. When it arrived, I was not disappointed. The ring was true to color and sparkles in the light. It is also ultra-comfortable. Then there's the 94-year, no BS warranty! I hope to never have to put that one to the test, but I'm wearing my ring in confidence knowing that if anything goes wrong it will be replaced. I'm glad I found y'all!

I purchased a Mossy Oak Camo ring, for some reason some of the camo began to peel off. NO PROBLEM, I called, spoke to Maddie who was awesome! The ring was shipped the same day. Now that is what makes a great company that will succeed to be one of the best companies ever.

Groove Life does everything well...from making it easy to size, to ordering, to shipping out, to receiving a nice display case of rings to try all for $1.50 shipping with free return. The blue, reason I’m not purchasing is I would like the thicker band in women’s colors and styles. If they do that...I’m all in!

I was VERY excited to order my Groove Life ring as I am a technical worker outside and have worried about my wedding ring AND finger from the beginning of my job. I picked the Nomad Rapid style. What is pictured is a SOLID, THICK and SMOOTH silicon ring with BRIGHT, BLUE, GRAY AND BLACK colors...What I received was a DARK, ALMOST BLACK AND BROWN colored PRINTED ON, ROUGH MATTE FINISHED, THIN silicon piece of trash. There is NO WAY this ring would hold up, especially the color (as I found later reviews that uphold my thought on the design being printed on) in my field of work. Warranty or not, I didn't pay more than other companies charge for an INFERIOR product. Then I find out that it will take NEARLY A MONTH ONCE THEY RECEIVE MY RING BACK to give me my refund! This purchase was TOTALLY ridiculous!

I've been wanting one of these for a while, after unfortunately losing my expensive and traditional wedding ring. Although I just got it, my ring fits great and other than the "mystery ring" I elected to add to my order being pink, I'm totally happy and plan to purchase another one at some point - looking at maybe one of the nomad line or even camo...So far I love the product, especially all the variety of styles as well as the customer service which has been super responsive and great.

My husband has been unable to wear his gold wedding band for the last 20+ years due to the safety restrictions in his workplace. This has always bothered me, but I got used to him not wearing a ring. You can imagine how excited I was when a friend told us all about the Groove Life silicone ring that he wears. He explained the process of ordering the 3 piece sample set, so I ordered one for my husband for Christmas. He spent a day or two wearing each size to see what worked best for him, and since he liked the color of the one that fit the best, he simply kept that one and returned the other two in a prepaid envelope. SO easy! The other day, he noticed a small tear in the ring, so I contacted Groove Life and they immediately sent out a replacement at no charge and just asked that I send them a photo of the damaged ring. I'm really excited to see that they have several fun designs for their lady's rings, so I will probably do a little shopping for myself soon!

I think I've said it all in a few emails I sent to Groove Life, but I write this review anyway. Never in my life (69 years old) have I dealt or done business with a better company. These folks are so prompt in getting back to you, not to mention the quick delivery time of their product. They are polite, know their product, and most of all are trusting. I thought I might need a ring one size larger than the one I ordered and they sent another to me immediately. Before I even sent the original back. Tell me a company nowadays that does that? Turns out my wife told me my first ring fit well, and all I did was send the package back, marked "Return to sender". I could go on and on, but I don't want to make this review seem sappy. I'm 110% satisfied and have already started showing family and friends my new ring and telling them about your fine company. Thank you.

Bought my Groove ring and registered it thinking the customer service would be mediocre if I had a problem. Well, I was completely wrong! I originally ordered a custom engraved ring as a present. When the ring arrived it was not the correct ring. Apparently my order had been mixed up with someone else's order. I informed customer service and I do admit they were fast to help out. I snapped a pic of the wrong ring and they sent the correct one out right away. I, however, missed giving it as a gift so I was bummed out. Due to that experience, I gave a 1-star review.

Recently a received an email asking about my review and what could be done to make me happy. I explained how I felt and they were very apologetic and disappointed that I was not satisfied. I was offered either a 50% refund on my order or a free ring. I was somewhat skeptical but was impressed by the level of customer service at this point. I ended up choosing a free ring, the original nomad burled walnut. They sent my free ring out the next day. Two days later it shows up in the mail. The ring is awesome! Extremely comfortable, looks awesome, all around awesome! The person who received the first ring is also 100% satisfied. They love their ring! Groove is 100% on point with the customer service and they really do care if you're not satisfied. My review is now 5 stars and I 100% recommend Groove rings to everyone. Also, I feel the need to mention both Lisa and Christy. Impeccable customer service!

My watch band cracked and broke at the snap. My band was less than a year old. I’m a nurse with psoriasis and eczema and wash my hands a lot. This band kept water from sitting on my skin. I emailed customer service and within one hour I received an email stating I had a replacement band on the way. No questions, no issues, no shipping costs, nothing...just a new band on the way. Groove is a company that stands by its products!

Groove rings are the most comfortable rings you can wear. And well worth the money.

I contacted them in the middle of the night about an issue with mine and it was resolved in minutes and a new one on the way. Their service is excellent. There was no hassle or argument, they just took care of the issue.
