I am happy with my rings from Groove. They are an awesome company and they have great customer service. If you order the wrong size like I did they make it so easy to exchange or get a refund. All my rings from here have been nice quality and made wonderfully. There is nothing bad I can say about ordering issues, I was missing an item in my order and it was sent right out once they got my email about my order. If you are wondering if they are a good company to order from they are top-notch with fast shipping and great exceptional customer service. Thanks Groove, I will be ordering more soon. I only wear silicone rings and used to get them from a different company. Now I have a small collection from Groove. I work in construction so I’m pretty rough with them. Most of mine are not broken but occasionally it does happen and they are always covered under the awesome warranty. What a cool thing. If you're reading this just go ahead and buy it! I have been a customer of theirs for last 2 years and I was excited when I got my 1st one for my significant other, but it was a college one and within the first month the logo of Texas A&M was rubbed off. My girl got me one as well and I've had to replace it twice and that was all within 6 months. I decided to get the Chiefs Superbowl one and after I ordered they sent me a shipping notification and 10 days later I check with USPS and it still hasn't been dropped off at the USPS office. They just made the postage and didn't drop it off it seems. When I contacted them they just gave me the runaround, then when pushed, they finally admitted it and just told me to check tomorrow. I used to recommend them due to designs and options, but with the slow service and runaround, never again.

I ordered two rings at separate times, one for me and one for my husband. Mine arrived and fits perfectly.

My husband's...well, after checking my email that stated it was delivered, we looked for it and could not find it. After reviewing the email carefully, I discovered it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed Groove Life that evening. Before 8:00 AM the next morning, received an email stating another order/shipment is scheduled. This is excellent customer service.

I selected the Cactus Blossom ring for its color and detail. I ordered the wrong size and the exchange was very easy. After seeing the ring I anxiously waited for the exchange to arrive. My inquiry as to whether it had been shipped was answered quickly, and I actually received the ring that day. Perfect fit! One size larger than my silver band, but it is so lightweight I hardly feel it.

I love the quality of the products. I am a nurse and have my hands in water or hand sanitizers all day and my hands dry without leaving my finger wet under the ring. I have purchased about 4 or 5 rings.

I purchased a watch band and when I needed my watch band exchanged the customer service I received from Savanah was superior.

So, my husband has been unable to wear a conventional wedding band due to working with his hands as much as he does. So, I gave GrooveRings.com a try. We tried the "try on 3 - keep the 1 you like and return the other 2 you don’t". We were both thrilled! Finally! A ring that was extremely comfortable for him to wear while he works and enough give so that I don’t worry about him losing a finger! He kept a beautiful one. The only issue we had, was that after approximately 3 months, we had to purchase a different ring (still from Groove rings, of course) because the pattern on the outside started to wear off. This was due to the chemicals my husband is exposed to, Groove rings customer service worked with us! We had an amazing customer service rep in Jennifer! I did replace his ring with a different type that will no longer fade. However, she quickly sent out a replacement for the original ring I purchased! We aren’t out anything because he loves both of them! The Camo Mossy Oak Agua was the original. Just know, if you work with a lot of bleach or any other cleaners, it will take the color off the band. He will now wear his new one which is more durable and made for men who work with more chemicals, etc. The replacement Agua will be kept for regular work days. Thank you, Jennifer! I have been very impressed with the service provided by Groove Life. I am in Italy and I was a bit worried it was not possible to order the wedding rings my husband and I wanted. Groove Life reassured postage was not an issue and were very clear about cost and postage instructions. The parcel has been stuck with Customs in Italy. Groove Life has been great in responding to the requests from customs and answers my emails without delay.

My husband gave me a ring in November. I apparently wore my ring when using chemicals so it shrunk and the design came off. I contacted them yesterday and immediately received a response and they helped me choose a different ring so this should not happen again. I received an email from Groove Life asking how I like my ring since it was delivered but I hadn’t received it yet. I had lost my ring somewhere and could not find it last year. I didn't realize until today that I had a lifetime warranty on which includes lost items. Groove replaced the lost item without any questions asked. That is top-notch customer service.

The wife and I have ordered numerous rings over the past year or so. We absolutely love them. I work in an office and also own a farm, so I have mixed-used with my hands. I never notice the rings at the office and rarely on the farm. I work with tools, grease, gas, hand tools heavy equipment, etc., and have never hand any major issues.

We both wear rings on all eight "non-thumb" fingers, with different styles and colors. I will admit that I have had a couple of rings that developed a rubbing and wearing in certain areas, probably due to my "abuse" on the farms with tools and what-not. I simply contact Groove Life and they send me out a replacement ring in short order with no questions asked. I have never had a company do this ever before.

If you are a hard use hands person, you might get a rub or wear on a ring after several months, but they will replace it at no cost at all, so there is no risk to you and you get a brand new perfect ring back. Amazing.

The wife and I are constantly scanning the Groove Ring website and making new orders, to swap out rings for a different look.

Personally, I like my rings on the tight side so that they do not spin. Others might like them loose, so that is something that you would have to learn or decide. You don't need to use them as a wedding ring, we use them for the sake of wearing different lightweight, designed rings. Groove is also coming out with new styles regularly, so there is also a new style that we have to add to our ever-growing collection. These may cost a bit more than others, but they are worth it and are replaceable.

I would recommend Groove Rings for any and everyone.

I bought my husband a Dallas Cowboys ring for his birthday in October. Typical of my husband to procrastinate, he didn’t get around to trying the ring on until February! He said it didn’t fit like he thought it would and wanted a wider band. I checked the return policy online and knew I was outside of the time frame. I figured I’d send an email, and ask if an exchange for a different model would be possible. What’s the worst thing that can happen? Not only did Jakob and Jenny take care of my issue immediately, but they were also extra nice and courteous. Not once did they question why my husband got around to trying on the ring 4 months later. Thank you so much for making my experience awesome. This is my first purchase from this company I have used a different silicone ring company prior to this many times. I have to start off by saying I'm glad I chose this ring from Groove Life. I admit, I did look at a couple of others that came through on my Facebook and was originally going to buy one from Enso but didn't pull the trigger. I then searched for other silicone bands and came across Groove Life. I saw that these were worn by a lot of people who were very active in all aspects. I then felt this was the best fit for both myself and my wife. I'm very active with the gym, hiking, and with the golf company I work for and I barely even notice I have it on.
