I bought my husband a Dallas Cowboys ring for his birthday in October. Typical of my husband to procrastinate, he didn’t get around to trying the ring on until February! He said it didn’t fit like he thought it would and wanted a wider band. I checked the return policy online and knew I was outside of the time frame. I figured I’d send an email, and ask if an exchange for a different model would be possible. What’s the worst thing that can happen? Not only did Jakob and Jenny take care of my issue immediately, but they were also extra nice and courteous. Not once did they question why my husband got around to trying on the ring 4 months later. Thank you so much for making my experience awesome. This is my first purchase from this company I have used a different silicone ring company prior to this many times. My loyalty is now definitely to Groove Life!
