Ordered a deep stone grey Apple Watch band and received a BRIGHT PINK watch band.

I received an apology and was sent a replacement band. Sad thing is, my replacement band ended up being the incorrect size for one of the straps.

I was also asked to use my own stamps to return the incorrect order.

Still waiting on a response for the second incorrect order. I do not plan on shopping with Groove Life again.

I ordered my better half and I both a Groove Ring and mystery ring. Both of us have jobs in the food industry so we needed something that can withstand anything. When we received the order we were so happy to try them on and start wearing them. Mine, unfortunately, was sent in the wrong size. I emailed customer service and was very scared of how this would go. To my surprise, this was a very easy and painless process. Kimberly was fast, efficient, and respectful. I will recommend Groove Life to any and everyone! They are one of the few companies that stand behind their product. The product itself was exactly as it was advertised! It’s comfortable and feels like I’m not even wearing a ring! I love the designs and colors!

Jenny was quick to respond to my email regarding a warranty replacement. However, the email was regarding a shipment that was supposedly sent out 3 weeks ago. Groove Life has been good at replacing my Highlander style ring when the design wears off. Just wish it didn't wear off. In Groove Life's defense, I'm a handyman and get all kinds of crud on my hands on a regular basis.

Excellent quality and design and very prompt customer service with regard to replacing a ring that was lost. My wife searched many different brands and with Groove, found a very sleek style and design that fits our active lifestyles. These rings mean a lot more since she sustained a ring finger compression fracture that has made conventional metal rings unable to fit her. Thanks a lot!

I ordered the wrong ring size and they were so helpful to get me the right size out. My husband had caught his ring in a machine and it cut his finger and broke the ring, so we decide to go from a metal band to your Groove ring! Very comfortable ring, a lot safer around equipment. I was so excited to order my husband a ring from here because I had heard such great things about them. We finally found one he really liked and wasn’t just a plain color. I got it for him for our anniversary and about a week later it had already broken. I was so disappointed!

A friend posted on Facebook about these rings. I've never heard of them prior to that. I researched the site and finally decided on a design. When my ring arrived it was a bit tight and the company swapped out for another size no questions asked. Since I work in swimming pool cleaning I went with a blue mossy oak camo. I really like the look and feel of the ring.

I was one of the annoying customers who DIDN'T measure their wrist to choose the correct Apple Band size. I reached out and their customer service asked ZERO questions and began processing my return. When the band that I DID need was out of stock, the customer service agent I worked with promised to let me know when it was back. I didn't really expect to hear, just thought I'd check back later. After about a week, I got an e-mail from the SAME customer service rep saying not only that the band was back, but that she had already sent one to me (I hadn't even returned my first one!).

Just SUPER wonderful, no-BS customer service!

I bought a ring from Groove Life seeing as they seemed to be different from every other silicon ring on the market. I’m sure glad I did. I constantly forget I have it on. It’s the most comfortable ring I have ever worn. Also, they have some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. When they say they warranty their products they stand behind it. When I had an issue with one of my rings I purchased they took care of the issue immediately. They have a customer for life.

I have not heard anything from customer service. I emailed customer service about my winter rose ring, I have worn it for 2 days and the black is smudging into the white. I love the ring but it's not holding up.

I ordered four rings during Groove's February 29 special. When they arrived I was so disappointed. The designs, so clear and colorful on the website, were blurry mishmashes of who knows? The rings looked like they were worth 10 cents apiece; they looked like prizes from a gumball machine. I asked the company for a refund. They said they needed the rings back. Sigh. I just had foot surgery and didn't relish a trip to the post office, but I wanted my $60+ back! I don't know what the appeal is with these rings. This brand and others like it are selling a cheap, crappy product and charging big bucks for it! Totally an emperor has no clothes situation. I am really hoping for my refund. I've dealt with other companies who tell me to just keep the product and donate it, or whatever. The fact that I had to return utter garbage is stunning! Product sucks! Do not buy!

I have heard many good things about Groove Life, they had a sale and decided to give it a try. The customer service was awesome! They were quick to respond to my email and super helpful. So I ordered a ring from you guys last July'ish. I got married to the love of my life in August of 2019. A couple of weeks ago I chatted with you guys on the website because my ring is starting to discolor. I sent some photos via the website and a claim was made. I was told to pick out any ring so my wife and I decided on one. The ring came in the mail and it didn't fit. Too big. I have to be honest, I was angry! So I got back on the website and chatted with someone again. They apologized, showed me how to find the stamped size on the ring. It was an 11 vs. a 10. Like a good company you guys are taking care of the mistake like you should. But what you don't understand is how important it is to me that this should've been done right the first time. The important thing is it's being a dressed. We'll find out when the ring comes next week.

For these reasons, I can only rate you a 4/5.
