Great customer service

I’ve ordered both rings and watch bands. First ring order, I got the wrong size, and second watch and order, I was not happy with the band I’d selected. With both, customer service was extremely nice and responsive, addressing my concerns without question. I believe Christy was involved in both. Great job Christy!

Up-selling?

Purchased the Zeus ring, which lasted a few months before the outer black silicone layer began to rub away and expose the inner layer.

Item cost me almost $70 out of pocket.

Advertise lifetime warranty and will replace at no additional costs, however, first try to upsell you?

Warranty claim

So I ordered a ring from you guys last July'ish. I got married to the love of my life in August of 2019. A couple of weeks ago I chatted with you guys on the website because my ring is starting to discolor. I sent some photos via the website and a claim was made. I was told to pick out any ring so my wife and I decided on one. The ring came in the mail and it didn't fit. Too big. I have to be honest, I was angry! So I got back on the website and chatted with someone again. They apologized, showed me how to find the stamped size on the ring. It was an 11 vs. a 10. Like a good company you guys are taking care of the mistake like you should. But what you don't understand is how important it is to me that this should've been done right the first time. The important thing is it's being a dressed. We'll find out when the ring comes next week.

For these reasons, I can only rate you a 4/5.

I can’t say that enough about how impressed I am with your level of customer service. My initial order, due to an error on my part, was the wrong size. You made the return process incredibly easy. I reordered the correct size and it arrived today. You answer the very email promptly, and I always felt like you genuinely wanted to resolve my issues. You guys are the best! Other companies can definitely take a page or two from your customer service book. Thank you.

Exchange policy

The simplest exchange/replace process there is. They accidentally sent me the wrong ring at first. So I emailed and in less than an hour I had my new one on order. You can't beat customer service like that.

Lacking in durability

Four rings within the last 2 years and all have ripped apart. The first 3 replacements were free and now they want me to pay $6 for another replacement! Original cost is too high for the durability of these rings.

The customer support is top-notch. I bought the ring in pigeon forge and lost it the same day. Due to having to get one size bigger. I didn't even have time to register the ring and they have helped me through the whole process.

The rings are comfortable and great looking. My 1st order came in quickly but it was the wrong color. An email with a pic and the correct ring was out to me in no time. The response from the company is amazing. Jennifer took great care of me. Will continue to purchase from them. AAA plus service.

Lost ring - sympathetic Groove Ring company

I somehow managed to lose my Groove Ring. The next day I had a request from the Groove Ring company to rate the ring I had purchased. I included the story of how I lost my ring, and much to my surprise, I was contacted the very next day by Jennifer in Customer Service with a sympathetic response. I'm going to consider a different style but I do REALLY like the Groove Ring concept. It is a very comfortable item that you forget is even on your finger. Count me in as a repeat customer any time!

Helping with sizing

I wasn't sure what size my thumb is so I ordered a bigger size and after rethinking, I wanted to change to a smaller size, so I called customer support but my order was already processed. I was disappointed so I was reached by Kevin and he helped me with my order sending me two rings of different sizes and trusting me with sending the wrong size back. I am greatly appreciating his gesture, thank you Kevin.

I have heard many good things about Groove Life, they had a sale and decided to give it a try. The customer service was awesome! They were quick to respond to my email and super helpful. I ordered four rings during Groove's February 29 special. When they arrived I was so disappointed. The designs, so clear and colorful on the website, were blurry mishmashes of who knows? The rings looked like they were worth 10 cents apiece; they looked like prizes from a gumball machine. I asked the company for a refund. They said they needed the rings back. Sigh. I just had foot surgery and didn't relish a trip to the post office, but I wanted my $60+ back! I don't know what the appeal is with these rings. This brand and others like it are selling a cheap, crappy product and charging big bucks for it! Totally an emperor has no clothes situation. I am really hoping for my refund. I've dealt with other companies who tell me to just keep the product and donate it, or whatever. The fact that I had to return utter garbage is stunning! Product sucks! Do not buy!

Color smudging

I have not heard anything from customer service. I emailed customer service about my winter rose ring, I have worn it for 2 days and the black is smudging into the white. I love the ring but it's not holding up.

I recently ordered a Groove ring, it came in the mail and was the wrong size and team. I reached out to customer support and they were very helpful. They told me to keep the old one, to not hassle with sending it back. My replacement came in two days, correct size and team, talk about fast service! I highly recommend this company, they truly do stand behind their no-BS guarantee! Wish more companies took care of their customers as well as Groove ring does!

I bought my husband one of your camo rings last September and now the color is coming off. He now is not wearing it because it looks so bad. Complete waste of money. I would not recommend your product to anyone.

We ordered two rings. They were awesome, but I was not completely happy about the way mine looked, which I wrote in my review. The next day I received an e-mail. They asked me which other color I might like. They put an order in that night, sent it to me for free and let me keep the one I had purchased! It was undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever experienced! We just love our new rings and are so grateful to the Groove team!

Outstanding customer service

I bought a ring from Groove Life seeing as they seemed to be different from every other silicon ring on the market. I’m sure glad I did. I constantly forget I have it on. It’s the most comfortable ring I have ever worn. Also, they have some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. When they say they warranty their products they stand behind it. When I had an issue with one of my rings I purchased they took care of the issue immediately. They have a customer for life.

Quality and customer service!

I was one of the annoying customers who DIDN'T measure their wrist to choose the correct Apple Band size. I reached out and their customer service asked ZERO questions and began processing my return. When the band that I DID need was out of stock, the customer service agent I worked with promised to let me know when it was back. I didn't really expect to hear, just thought I'd check back later. After about a week, I got an e-mail from the SAME customer service rep saying not only that the band was back, but that she had already sent one to me (I hadn't even returned my first one!).

Just SUPER wonderful, no-BS customer service!
