I had a problem with the sizing aspect for the ring. The first exchange process was simple and fast, however, the new ring was still too tight. The second exchange is ongoing and the response from the customer services department was very professional and understanding, I wish every company I deal with was as helpful and courteous as the Customer Service Department at Groove Ring!

I contacted someone from Groove about my mistake and was told once it was processed they couldn't change it but I got in touch with Cheyenne today and she was able to fix my order since I couldn't exchange the ring for a different style online. I had been looking for a quality silicone ring because if arthritis that has made it impossible to wear my regular metal based rings. I have purchased many different rings and have felt embarrassed to even wear them. The Groove rings are so comfortable you don't even notice you have them on. There are so many beautiful options available it hard to choose just one, in fact, I have three so far. Because of the design I don't get irritation under the ring. I just recently got married and in order to keep from banging up my beautiful wedding ring at work, I looked into a workday silicone substitute. I've been wanting one of these for a while, after unfortunately losing my expensive and traditional wedding ring. Although I just got it, my ring fits great and other than the "mystery ring" I elected to add to my order being pink, I'm totally happy and plan to purchase another one at some point - looking at maybe one of the nomad line or even camo...So far I love the product, especially all the variety of styles as well as the customer service which has been super responsive and great.

I ordered a ring a few months ago and have been wearing it ever since. Well, work changed the hand sanitizer and over time the outer part of the ring lost its printed-on design leaving me with a discolored ugly ring. I called customer service to ask what I could do? They not only replaced my ring, but upsized me (it was a little snug) and gave me a different design of my choosing that is all black so I won't have to worry about the hand sanitizer problem anymore.

My husband has been unable to wear his gold wedding band for the last 20+ years due to the safety restrictions in his workplace. This has always bothered me, but I got used to him not wearing a ring. You can imagine how excited I was when a friend told us all about the Groove Life silicone ring that he wears. He explained the process of ordering the 3 piece sample set, so I ordered one for my husband for Christmas. He spent a day or two wearing each size to see what worked best for him, and since he liked the color of the one that fit the best, he simply kept that one and returned the other two in a prepaid envelope. SO easy! The other day, he noticed a small tear in the ring, so I contacted Groove Life and they immediately sent out a replacement at no charge and just asked that I send them a photo of the damaged ring. I'm really excited to see that they have several fun designs for their lady's rings, so I will probably do a little shopping for myself soon!

I think I've said it all in a few emails I sent to Groove Life, but I write this review anyway. Never in my life (69 years old) have I dealt or done business with a better company. These folks are so prompt in getting back to you, not to mention the quick delivery time of their product. They are polite, know their product, and most of all are trusting. I thought I might need a ring one size larger than the one I ordered and they sent another to me immediately. Before I even sent the original back. Tell me a company nowadays that does that? Turns out my wife told me my first ring fit well, and all I did was send the package back, marked "Return to sender". I could go on and on, but I don't want to make this review seem sappy. I'm 110% satisfied and have already started showing family and friends my new ring and telling them about your fine company. Thank you.

I originally ordered a custom engraved ring as a present. When the ring arrived it was not the correct ring. Apparently my order had been mixed up with someone else's order. I informed customer service and I do admit they were fast to help out. I snapped a pic of the wrong ring and they sent the correct one out right away. I, however, missed giving it as a gift so I was bummed out. Due to that experience, I gave a 1-star review.

Recently a received an email asking about my review and what could be done to make me happy. I explained how I felt and they were very apologetic and disappointed that I was not satisfied. I was offered either a 50% refund on my order or a free ring. I was somewhat skeptical but was impressed by the level of customer service at this point. I ended up choosing a free ring, the original nomad burled walnut. They sent my free ring out the next day. Two days later it shows up in the mail. The ring is awesome! Extremely comfortable, looks awesome, all around awesome! The person who received the first ring is also 100% satisfied. They love their ring! Groove is 100% on point with the customer service and they really do care if you're not satisfied. My review is now 5 stars and I 100% recommend Groove rings to everyone. Also, I feel the need to mention both Lisa and Christy. Impeccable customer service!
