My ring tore and completely my fault, I got it hung up on something. I emailed customer service and they immediately said they would send me a replacement. All I had to do was send a picture of my torn ring.
When Groove says it is a no BS Guarantee they mean it. So nice to deal with a customer-driven company! I will be ordering again!
