I first ordered 6 bottles of Bio Complete 3 and was satisfied, it was helpful. I think because of your products I am pretty healthy for a 72-year-old and Bio Complete 3 helps (at least I don't have COVID-19!). I recently reordered and took advantage of an additional discount for doubling my order (12 bottles). I received the first 6 bottles, but one was broken with pills spilling out. I tried to call customer service 3 times but the recording suggested I send an email. The response came a number of days later asking for a photo of the damage. I had to get my son to forward the picture to me so I could attach it to the email, which I sent on Wednesday. I have not heard back from customer service, which I find disappointing considering the large variety of your products I regularly purchase.

I was really taken in by the videos about lepton and other nightshades and nuts that contributed to a leaky gut. Despite eating "clean", I was consuming a lot of tomatoes and zucchinis. I’d been putting on weight despite not changing my eating habits so thought I’d give this a try. Immediately the Bio Complete made me feel nauseated and bloated. Lots of gurgling going on. I took 4 pills as prescribed before dinner. I was up all night feeling uncomfortable and all the next day too. I ate only leptin-free foods but still miserable. I didn’t take any supplements today. I guess I’ll wait to see how tomorrow goes and if I’m feeling ok I'll reduce the dosage. Also, despite eating leafy greens the color of BMI was also more yellow. I’m not feeling terribly hopeful at this point but we’ll see in a few days.

I sometimes miss a dose. I have experienced more frequent bowels lately just the same. That was the issue. A week would go by constipated. No laxative or stimulant since taking Bio. I will continue using. I practice a keto lifestyle. Thank you.

Instead of taking it as a pill 4 times a day, I take 2 pills in the am and 2 in the evening so I can take it along with my other medications. That way, I do not miss a dose. Easy to swallow. No unpleasant aftertaste.

Price is a little high for me, but will try to buy again. Wish it was available locally in Florida. I have lost eleven pounds since I began taking it!

So far, so good! It, along with Total Restore, has significantly reduced with my bloating issue and has made me feel so much better! I plan to continue using these products in addition to my daily usage of Vital Reds and Power Blues!

Bio Complete 3 helping my digestion every day. I could tell it was working on Day #2, and now I find it is even more effective when I take one extra pill in the evening (2 each with my two biggest meals, plus 1 more in the evening.) I was very, very skeptical that I would be able to detect any improvement, but am relieved that I can tell the difference each and every day. Try it out!

P.S. My first 7 bottles arrived on a blazing hot Arizona day (about 105 degrees) and the U.S. Postal service left it in the direct sunlight near my front door without ringing my doorbell. NOT good for digestive products. No one knows if it would be MORE effective if it had not sat in the blazing hot sun for an hour! (Dumb.)

I have been taking the product for 3 weeks and feel confident about this product. The proof is in the pudding as I am now doing at least 2 bowel movements per day, which is healthy. The product never made me feel queasy as some customers have said but I imagine it takes time for the body to adjust to it anyway so hang in there. I added Total Restore in there about 1 week ago and I feel fine. A few other results are that I have a better night's sleep now and only seem to need to eat smaller meals 3x per day with no desire for snacking. However, I do take a whole course of supplements to help with nutritional balance. I am hoping to lose that final 10 pounds with my lower calorie intake! I am retired so I am hoping that the price on Bio Complete and Total Restore comes down after my initial 6-month run.

I have had side effects from radiation treatments. I could not eat at restaurants due to my digestive system going crazy. My surgeon recommended that a probiotic may be helpful. Perhaps they improved my system somewhat but not really noticeable. I watched your presentation on PBS, didn't act right away but did a little research before ordering.

These have proven to be good for me. I feel much better and I am pleased with the results. I am eating in restaurants more successfully these days.

This product is everything. I noticed a big difference within a few days. I'm halfway through my first bottle. I was taking a pre and probiotic from another online doctor. I'm also taking Vital Reds and this combination has my insides feeling so good. I have switched my ordering to Dr. Gundry products. I love to watch and learn from his presentations, he is very clear and easy to understand.
