    Gundry MD Bio Complete 3

    Use and receipt of 2nd order

    Overall Experience:

    I first ordered 6 bottles of Bio Complete 3 and was satisfied, it was helpful. I think because of your products I am pretty healthy for a 72-year-old and Bio Complete 3 helps (at least I don't have COVID-19!). I recently reordered and took advantage of an additional discount for doubling my order (12 bottles). I received the first 6 bottles, but one was broken with pills spilling out. I tried to call customer service 3 times but the recording suggested I send an email. The response came a number of days later asking for a photo of the damage. I had to get my son to forward the picture to me so I could attach it to the email, which I sent on Wednesday. I have not heard back from customer service, which I find disappointing considering the large variety of your products I regularly purchase.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
