Bio Complete 3 seems to have helped my digestion and I'm definitely feeling better and I'm more regular! Bio Complete 3 has helped keep the bloating away. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who may have digestive or irregularity issues.

It's a great way to have energy, I eat a lot less than before, I absolutely don't want to eat anything sweet. Within one week I didn't want anything sweet, if I drink juice I will take a sip and stop drinking because it tastes absolutely horrible. I'm more alive.

It took a while but I started to feel better. I had severe gut pain that slowly tapered off. Now, I do not have that pain.
In addition, I had very tight muscles that would pull my hips and back out of place. Those are loosening, and I feel much better. Thank you.

I am on week 3 of 4 Bio Complete 3 capsules every morning. I have been experiencing bloating all along and now have developed a worsening pain in my back at the waist which, I presume, is from gas. Will this eventually get better? Do I need to take fewer capsules? Advice?

First, I'm not quitting.
After that horrifying experience, I seriously thought I was going to explode.
However, I made up my mind, paid the money, and truly believe this is cutting edge.
I'd just never introduced pri/pro/post biotics to my system ever and the directions were to take for a day... I swelled like a hot air balloon.
I figured out what must have taken place.
Stopped for three days and took 2...I'm bloating again but I realize my body simply needs to clean out readjust and repair!

Within 5 days of starting Bio Complete 3, my husband and I had noticeable changes! No more bloating, more predictable bowel habits, and less gas. My husband had his colon removed due to severe ulcerative colitis. We had been trying to heal his colon naturally, with food. Now with only the small intestines, healing that with Bio Complete 3 has made him healthier! We are both in the best shape, digestively, of our lives!

I feel excellent after my morning smoothie and 2 capsules of Bio Complete 3. I also take M Vitality for an extra immune system boost. Two more capsules before dinner. I am 66 and frankly, I've never felt better. I feel strong and I've stayed healthy all of 2020. I've peaked on my weight loss plan, a keto diet with the aid of MCT Wellness. Since the 1st of the year, after losing 35 lbs, the weight loss leveled off and I needed to change up my strategy. I still avoid carbs and lectins, I fast during lunch, keep hydrated the rest of the day and have a sensible protein and dark green vegetable dinner. Now, with Bio Complete 3, I have more energy in the early afternoon, I'm more alert in the evenings. I am maintaining the lower weight and am starting to now see belly fat reduction. Much kinder bathroom visits as well. I believe my new health plan is a winner! Thanks, Dr. Gundry.

I was very skeptical at first. I read all the reviews and was thinking to myself can this product really work. I liked everything I heard and read but in the back of my mind I thought to myself could this product really deliver?
Well, it didn't take long, within the first week of taking Bio Complete 3 I was amazed by how I felt. It was a pure cleansing of my digestive system. I couldn't believe how good I felt. I had more energy and felt light on my feet. I really couldn't believe it. I am telling you this product works. Since my first bottle, I have bought 3 more. I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at night and I feel like a new man. I am 58 years old and since I started taking Bio Complete 3 I have been watching what I eat and have lost 9 lbs. Losing weight was just a bonus for me.
Again, Gundry MD is not paying me to write this, I promise you. I found a great product and I just thought I would share this info with you. You will not be disappointed. God bless.

I have had discomfort for many years and have tried many products. I am almost finished with my first bottle. Have noticed that my stomach is not as bloated PTL.
Will continue with the product, knowing that it takes time due to where I was is not where I am at!
