Feel good, a little better than normal. So hopefully it is beneficial. I have hypersomnia, possible narcolepsy. So I struggle with fatigue on a daily basis. I have been getting a lot more done around the house than normal so it is helpful.

Before I started taking Bio Complete 3 three weeks ago I was miserable, I couldn't eat what I wanted because my stomach would swell making me look like I was pregnant. After taking this my stomach does not feel bloated and I can eat normally again without my stomach looking swollen. It has improved the way I feel. I will be ordering this again.

I have been faithfully taking the dosage prescribed on the back of the bottle. At first I had some wild differences, I guess my body had to adjust. I know I have IBSC, so needed this help tremendously. After the first week, I noticed that it was a lot easier to move the bowels, but it didn't happen every day, so I still have the "C" part of IBS. However, when I do go it is still a lot easier even though not as easy as I would like. Just this week I started a new diet that I have found works well with me, and has for years. PH balance is what I need, but sometimes fall off that path for a while. That is when it really hits hard! But, getting back to that diet, I have found that both the Complete 3 and the diet have me getting back to normal.

Tomorrow marks 3 weeks of consistently taking Bio Complete 3 (2 capsules in am, 2 before dinner). I have been suffering from periods of constipation for about 5 years now (I think it’s related to perimenopause as I’ve been very regular my whole life up until this point).

The product has helped with the makeup of my bowel movements (more "whole" pieces as opposed to little nuggets) and more consistency so I don’t feel as bloated as usual and that’s wonderful. I still will go 1-2 days without a BM and that is frustrating as I used to go 1-3 times a day. I eat a lot of fiber and a have pretty healthy diet (although sugar is my weak spot). I also take Metamucil once a day.

I’m still in hope, that after a month, I will see more improvement. I’m so tired of focusing on whether I’ll have a BM daily and feeling bloated and having some lower back pain which I wonder is a result of the constipation.

Your product went to work as described and I started going to the bathroom regularly and was happy with how quickly I went from constipation to elimination of waste with much more ease. I felt better overall and am now much more excited when entering the bathroom instead of dreading it.

Although I have not seen anything specific in Gundry’s educational tutorials, I got Bio Complete 3 to see if it might address moderately severe reflux of over 7 months and unknown cause thus far. I stopped taking Prilosec after a month of very little change and noticed slight improvements each day with this new product. Still in the "beginnings" with fingers crossed since my biome probably is very compromised...

So far, on the whole, I’m experiencing better digestion and bowel movements. I take two capsules in the morning after breakfast and the other two several hours later. I can’t say I eat the best diet nor eat at the optimum times of day due to my work schedule.
