Great so far
It’s been about a month since I’ve started using it. My bowel movements are definitely softer, more effortless, and smellier (which I’m aware is a good thing). I haven’t experienced any dramatic effects such as fat loss or more energy. However, because I am confident in the science, I am optimistic that as more time elapses I’ll see more benefits.

Seems to be working so far
It has helped with my overall gut health. I feel fuller so am not wanting to snack as much. Helped with not wanted extra sugary snacks. I have cut out snacks with sugar and am making better choices for snacks like fruits and veggies.

Finally relief
I had been having terrible pain in my abdominal area for several years. I tried pain medication. I tried a few herbs. I tried just getting used to the pain and symptoms. One day I saw PBS on television and Dr. Gundry's thought-provoking speech. I ordered the book and then saw a video on probiotics by Dr. Gundry. I learned about lectins and how the gut needs probiotics. I am so much better now! Thank you Dr. Gundry.

Adaptive changes in health
Indications are good; as there have been some positive indicators as to how my intestinal tract is adapting to dietary changes, plus the intake of Bio Complete 3. As an active 71-year-old, who is basically in excellent health taking only supplements and no medications, I believe a little more time will allow a better evaluation.

A healthy gut is a happy gut!
I’m 75, and as I’ve gotten older, constipation has become a problem, no matter what I try. Extra water, fruit, exercise, nothing seemed to help. I started with two Bio Complete 3 capsules in the afternoon - I take many supplements and adding four more capsules to my regimen seemed excessive.
After three days I felt comfortable enough to try all four at once, and the next morning my problem seemed to have ended!

So excited about the results
I have struggled with constipation for years - especially when I went on vacation - I'd spend the entire week miserable because I could not empty my bowels. I just got back from a week of vacation on which I was able to empty my bowels every single day of vacation and felt amazing!

Excellent product!
Bio Complete 3 has changed my life! I am 66 years old and within two hours of taking it, I had more energy. I went grocery shopping and practically bounded up two flights of stairs with heavy groceries in hand. I wasn't even winded! I am sleeping deeper and longer and my thinking is clearer.
