One day I would have constipation, then I would have diarrhea the next. I tried to eat healthily but of course, I had a sweet tooth. My stomach would have bubble sounds and sometimes I had a tummy ache.

I have had an (almost) ironclad digestive system most of my life. And honestly, I have not been experiencing anything terrible as of late. I just wanted to see if anything would make me more prone to losing weight, etc.

For several weeks, after starting, I was almost scared to use the restroom. I had very unhappy times on the throne. Finally, I am pretty much back to what I would call normal. I am not losing weight any faster than I had before taking the product, but am wanting to really give it a chance, so will continue to use it for a while longer.

Bio Complete 3 cleared my constipation, bloating, and stomach discomfort. I now have smooth and regular bowel movements daily. It also increased my energy levels, I can now play and handle my 2-year-old who had so much energy. I only notice a small change, not sure I would keep re-ordering. Though bought Vital Reds so will add that once I get it. Thought the dosage to start was a bit much and thought it is easier on the system to work up to full dosage.

My stools are softer and regular. Elimination more often with a lot of gas emptying the intestine completely. I am 74, swim 1/2 mile 3-5 times a week, feel good. Belly weight is a problem, not losing any weight as yet, just started so I am still evaluating.

My first order was two 90-day supplies. We need to cancel one of the orders and fill one order every 90 days. Happy Easter, thank you for your help and concern. In 60 days I should be able to give you a more complete assessment.

My bowel movements have been so much better. In my last colonoscopy, it stated that I have some diverticulitis, and use of a probiotic was recommended. This was on my digital chart, but was never communicated to me personally. Yet, this is what Bio Complete 3 is, and it has really improved this condition. In addition, I seem to be less hungry.
