I started taking the Bio Complete 3 a few weeks ago. I noticed on the second day the bloating was starting to go away. I started to burp which I never do. I will say that for the first hour after taking it my stomach hurts a bit. I really can't say much because I haven't been taking it very long.

After months of probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes, etc., after a few days of Bio Complete 3 my body started to relax about going to the bathroom and I felt better because the bowels became slowly more normal.

Exchanged Amoxicillin 500mg for Bio Complete 3 and Dr. Formulated Probiotic plus Urinary Tract+ hoping to stop ecoli infection in urin in order to keep flora correct in my gut. Am in the middle of the experiment. Do you have any other affordable suggestions? I am 85 years old and on a fixed income.

I was already a fan of Dr. Gundry whose The Plant Paradox book helped me with a serious immune system failure. I tend to be skeptical with supplement ads and promotions, having foolishly tried a few hard sell regime failures before. However, I followed the dialogue on Bio Complete 3 and decided on the smaller 3 bottle order special. With my noticeable results so far I think I could have taken the 6 bottle special.

Note, I have a currency discrepancy and my price is inflated by 25% but I went ahead anyway.

I have been taking the pre, pro, and post biotic capsules around two weeks now. I have to reluctantly concede my age is in the mature bracket nowadays at 68. Yesterday I woke with the dawn, paddled out into some nice surf for over an hour, only coming in due to time restraints being aware of my mission for the day. By 11:00 am I had mixed a full barrow of brickies mud and laid my first bricks in 30 years. Then went to town shopping, later home to clean up my morning's work. Later kicked on with friends for a nice salad dinner.

No surf today so writing these comments. My body feels a little sore from the out-of-practice exercise yesterday but the first low layers of brick work are typically the hardest and demanding on lots of muscle areas.

What I have been impressed by is my overall energy increase. I have also continued to lose weight. One kilo in two weeks since taking BC3 and 12 kilos in the last twelve months. Maybe my concentrated diet program and weight loss are giving me the energy boost but somehow right now at 7:30 am I have the desire to go and get my morning hit of Bio Complete 3. Yeehaa!

Can you please give me more information on the particular capsule makeup and how it protects the supplement when passing through the stomach acids? I think for the first time here is a system that provides noticeable benefits rather than the old routine of just hoping because I took a probiotics tablet so I will be staying healthy.

I wasn't sure the best time to take it. I was taking 2 caps in the morning then 2 caps at night. Should I be taking all 4 at once? I have h/o rectal cancer and it definitely helps control my loose BMs. But I have gone away and forgotten it and I feel like I have gained weight. Does that sound right?

I’ve been taking Bio Complete 3 after a colonoscopy scare with precancerous polyps. My bowel movements are regular, I’ve lost 8 lbs and my stomach is noticeably flatter. I’ve also been following a lectin-free diet as much as possible and have really taken the time to meal prep. I’m really excited to see the results in my lab tests next week!
