A blessing
I purchased enough Bio Complete 3 to last for both my husband and me for 3 months. As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no difference in my health. However, I believe that my husband, because of unknown stomach problems, has had a much better experience. He no longer sufferers from bouts of having a sick stomach all day and throwing up after each meal. I split up his dose into two in the am and two in the pm.

Bio Complete 3 is an incredible product!
I could see a difference in my skin after two to three weeks of usage! My skin was smoother to the touch and seemed to have a glow to it. I was skeptical at first, now I’m a believer! I actually felt younger, it may just be in my head but I don’t think so. As soon as I can afford it, I’ll be purchasing the best deal possible!

Overall health improvement
I tried Bio Complete 3 over a year ago, that is why I have purchased more.
My personal results have been:
1) Improved knee joint pains and mobility along with more flexibility, and less feet pain and ankle joints.
2) Improved bowel movements which seem to be more regulated.
3) Increased energy levels.

I don't think this is working as well as it should for me
It was working better the first couple of weeks and now it is not working as well. I have been experiencing more bloating and gas than I did before taking it. I am hesitant to keep taking it for these reasons.

Much improved bowel regularity
Only been using Bio Complete 3 for approximately 2 weeks, but have noticed almost immediately that I do not have to take any laxative-type meds, as my bowel movements are regular and formed and soft to pass.
I have not yet lost weight, but my diet is probably not the healthiest, so working on that.
Bio Complete 3 is easy to take, and does seem to be easily accepted by my digestive system, considering some products that are gluten and lactose-inclusive upset my tummy and often give me flatulence and reflux.

No constipation!
I just take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Digestive issues are resolved and I feel super charged. I can feel the impurities leaving my body and I have less cravings.

Colon cancer recovery

I feel great!

Miracle Bio Complete 3
I have been to 3 Gastroenterologists in 3 years and none of them have been able to help me. Every time I ate I was nauseated, my stomach hurt so bad I could not stand it, and was bloated. Feeling the difference
I started Bio Complete 3 about one month ago and I feel it's doing its job! I have medical conditions that I'm trying to stay ahead of. Instead of Big Pharma drugs, I've decided to take a different path to stay ahead of things that happen due to aging with supplements and exercise.
