I purchased enough Bio Complete 3 to last for both my husband and me for 3 months. As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no difference in my health. However, I believe that my husband, because of unknown stomach problems, has had a much better experience. He no longer sufferers from bouts of having a sick stomach all day and throwing up after each meal. I split up his dose into two in the am and two in the pm.
