It's been 3 days on Bio Complete 3, however I have been using a "Bio Complete Product" (?) gifted to me by my neighbor, who decided not to take it (not Bio Complete 3) for 1 month.
Considering I have Crohn's disease, I have been consuming under my GP's approval. Currently on a low-carb and sugar diet. Stopped eating tomatoes, capsicums.
I am drinking coffee, with full cream milk. I am limiting my treats to 70% dark chocolate. I have increased pistachio and walnut consumption.
I keep forgetting to take before the evening meals, but taking afterward.
I have been experiencing:
1. A much-improved settling of the gut.
2. Every stool regular and firm (where loose stools were common place).
3. 5.6kg weight loss in 5 weeks (this may be contributed to the low carb diet and nil alcohol in the last 5 weeks, plus regular exercise, 3-5 50-min-1 hour walks at a brisk pace). Starting weight was 145.2kg.
4. A 2-3 inch reduction in my midsection, noticeable loss in my face, arms, and legs.
5. No Crohn's flares.
6. I am currently trialing reducing my Cronh's medication from 10 Pentasa tabs to 5 tabs per day.
7. I still feel tiredness, but have stopped nana napping during the weekend days.
Length of Use: Less than 3 months
