The first week of using this product was amazing. But then I crashed. There are a lot of problems I have that I definitely felt this would help. I'm on disability for fibromyalgia. I have digestive problems too. I felt so wonderful the first week. I had energy, no brain fog, and hope for my future. After 7 days I just crashed. I was so tired every day and felt just like everything else, this isn't going to work. But, I'm not giving up. I just can't eat the strict diet you do. I have made changes in my diet and will continue to make it even more better as I go. I want that feeling back, badly.

I have been taking Total Restore, along with Bio Complete 3, for several weeks now and have been so pleased with the results! I began Bio Complete 3 two weeks ago and I am feeling better. No more nausea which I was experiencing throughout the day. No more constipation and loose stools. I have regular bowel movements again. I don't feel the bloating and discomfort that I have suffered with during the past 2 years. I tried several doctors to address my gut health and was getting nowhere. I researched natural remedies after having a 2-week stint on life support. The drugs first spiked my blood pressure, threw me in a-fib, then seizures, then strokes. I don't know that this made as much of an impact as the Lectin Shield but it has seemed to benefit my digestion. I don't have excessive gas like I have experienced with other probiotics. I do notice if I miss a day.

As soon as I got my order, I started taking it. About 3 days later, I feel good, then start cleansing, can’t believe it works that fast. It’s almost a month now, it’s continuing to do the job.
