So far so good!

Overall Experience:

I am very pleased with my overall experience so far. I have told several others about the product. So far, the product has produced exactly what the videos promised. I really don't understand the entire science of it but I don't have to.
Pros and Cons:
- No emergency visits to the restroom
- My after meal cravings for sweets are gone
- When I am full I quit eating, it's like my body is saying "stop now", which never happened before
- I don't burp after eating like I used to, I guess less gassy
- Taking morning and night, I haven't forgotten to take in the evenings but sometimes it's later than I want
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
