I began Bio Complete 3 two weeks ago and I am feeling better. No more nausea which I was experiencing throughout the day. No more constipation and loose stools. I have regular bowel movements again. I don't feel the bloating and discomfort that I have suffered with during the past 2 years. I tried several doctors to address my gut health and was getting nowhere. They said they could not find anything wrong but I knew better. I had to find relief and realized western medicine was a dead end. I feel like I can eat again without fear. I am not trying to lose weight but my goal is to maintain my weight. I am able to maintain my weight and I am eating more. I appreciate the online support and articles from Dr. Gundry.
