I have been taking Total Restore, along with Bio Complete 3, for several weeks now and have been so pleased with the results! I have always valued a healthy gut but have struggled to find products that work well. Since starting, I’ve noticed a decrease in unhealthy cravings, less mental fog, and even the absence of blood sugar fluctuations. As a result of the previous, I’ve noticed my weight decrease by about 5 pounds as well. I’m very pleased with this product!
