When I started taking the capsules, they worked great. I previously had very loose stools. Then I got my 2nd Covid vaccine and the capsules aren’t working that well. Also, no weight loss.

I have been sick for the last year and a half, 4 different bouts of diverticulitis, constant pain in my upper right side, and lower stomach pain. Diarrhea every time I would eat. No energy, tired and sick feeling all the time. I was getting passed from doctor to doctor, no one wanted to deal with me. Within 2 days of starting Bio Complete 3, the diarrhea I have had for the past year and half stopped. I could eat without feeling sick. Within a week the pain in my upper and lower stomach had stopped. I started feeling better, something I had started to think was never going to happen. I accidentally missed it one morning, I quickly realized it when the diarrhea returned. This product really has given me back a quality of life that I was thought was out of reach. Thank you!

I have had IBS-C for at least 30 years. I take Calcium and Magnesium twice daily along with a probiotic as prescribed by a gastroenterologist. Minimal help. Further complicate this by the constipating effects of bariatric surgery. In desperation, I tried Dr. Gundry's product. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? Well, it took one bottle before I saw results, but the results came overnight! One day, attempting to eliminate was an aerobic workout of sorts! The next day was an easy, comfortable and complete evacuation. Literally, no strain and no pain! Thank you Dr. Gundry. I am a believer and a very happy customer.

I have started using this product a few weeks ago, taking only half the recommended dosage. This is because most medications work for me at very low doses. With only 2 capsules each morning, I have noticed an improvement in both the frequency and consistency of my bowel movements. I have more energy and have also lost 2 pounds. I noticed the change the very first day pretty much. My cravings for junk food and chocolate just stopped. I've had a lot of issues with my stomach in the last decade or more. When I eat I don't get bloated anymore and I don't feel sick after. My appetite altogether has changed, I'm not hungry all the time. Since having children I've dealt with hemorrhoids and that has even gotten better. I'm 3 weeks into taking Bio Complete 3. The first week I took all 4 pills along with my other supplements and had pains in my stomach. I knew I needed to change something so I started to take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills around 4 pm. That worked. No more stomach pains. I can honestly say it took 2 weeks for me to feel the bloating go away and feel my intestines are clean and without all those toxins and bacteria. It's a weird feeling to feel so refreshed and clean internally. Will continue to buy this product but hoping the price may go down somewhat.
