I am taking the MD Bio Complete 3 as a supplement to the tablets I am already taking as I have just had open heart surgery around 8 months ago to replace a heart valve that was leaking and causing my heart to enlarge.

My overall experience with the MD Bio Complete 3 has been a positive one as I am also taking a diuretic as part of my routine and it helps lessen the severity of the diuretic and helps me adjust to a reasonably normal outcome for the rest of the day. So it is a positive influence on my overall health.

I feel more energy when I wake up in the morning. Probably due to me taking Bio Complete at bedtime. I take 4 capsules at night. In the morning I no longer have inflammation in my gut area. I follow up with two more capsules first thing in the morning. I do this because I have IBS-C. Makes a huge difference in my well-being. Thank you Dr. Gundry!

For too long I wondered where my zest went. No energy for the things that I loved doing, and though I had begun practicing yoga, fixed my sleep, given up sugar, and was really mindful of what I put into my body, I still didn't feel like my old self. Maybe it was aging, maybe an underlying health issue, but my numbers were good, and it didn't add up. Then I started hearing more and more about how gut health affects mood, and thought that maybe there was one piece of the puzzle I had neglected. I had unwittingly suffered from gluten sensitivity all my life until about 10 years ago when I completely removed it from my diet, but evidently, the damage was done to my GI tract. They have worked. Sometimes I forget to take all 4 pills. I split them at 2 in the morning and 2 at night. But I can tell because my heartburn started up again. And, of course, bowel movements have smoothed out!

So far the results are slightly noticeable. It's too early to judge the results after using less than a month. I would like to reach a stage that I can get rid of leaky gut. Had my physician check if I had any bloating yesterday and he did not find any. Maybe even taking for less than a month, that may be a sign that MD Bio Complete is doing something to start easing my problem. This is all I can detect at this state. Thank you very much for caring! Your product has helped me a lot. It would take a small novel to tell you what's going on over here in Hawaii. I have a house here and a residence in Northern California. My wife is a school teacher who has one more year to go in California. We have been part-time in Hawaii for 5 plus years here in Leilani Estates. That is where the volcano went off about a mile and a half away. Maybe that sent my stomach on overload.

There have been a lot of other issues over here. I am a drummer and the bass player got on ice. The stress of that and a few other things sent my stomach into overload. That was a couple of months ago. I'm also away from my wife and my diet is not perfect so I think that caused problems. Anyhow your product is great if you make sure to take it morning and night.

I forgot to mention, I do have MS from the military. I was diagnosed with it 10 years ago. I've been dealing with the ups and downs of MS which really screws up your digestive system along with the stress of the band stuff! Or general stress in life. On February 19, 2021 I started Bio Complete 3.

On February 26, 2021 I started Total Restore.

On March 15, 2021 I started Vital Reds.

For as long as I can remember, I have had only 2 or 3 bowel movements a week. To this day, this is still holding true. For the first week of taking both the Bio Complete 3 and Total Restore, I had a lot of nausea and extreme stomach pain. That has now subsided. I haven't noticed any changes of any kind as of yet, however, I am still hopeful considering it has only been a month or less on the supplements I'm taking.

Am feeling great!

Before starting Bio Complete 3 I had acid indigestion every night. Slept poorly, got up to take acid reducers nearly every night. This is gone! And I have lost 12 lbs in a month.

Now, having said that, I also changed my diet significantly! Watching my caloric intake and walking more. So, is it the Bio Complete 3 causing the improvements? I don't know, but I LOVE the results and will continue to take it!
