Before using Bio Complete 3 I had a great deal of trouble with bowel movements. Now I am going on a regular basis. I am very happy with the results and plan to continue using the product.

Your service and support rank very high. Bio Complete 3 I have been taking for a month and have noticed a change in my stomach in having less of feeling upset. I have also noticed my bowel movements are not as strong in odor. I have been treated in the past for H Pylori and the odor of bowel movement is very strong and I had the same smell until I started using Bio Complete 3 so it must have helped my gut somehow.

This is the first time I have used probiotics or prebiotics for that matter. I’ve only been on Bio Complete 3 for about 3 weeks. Almost immediately I noticed more complete bowel movements, gas, bloating, and stomach pains are gone. I am excited to see more benefits of this product, i.e. weight loss. So we're at 22 days of me using the supplement and I have noticed significant differences in how I feel.

I have never in my 37 years been regular with my bowl movements, like, I'd go once a month. But within the first two weeks of taking this supplement I now go weekly, which is a drastic improvement!

I know that does't seem like something, but to someone who'd been to specialists in the past and told to eat fiber and take other supplements that didn't work, the fact that this did was mind boggling.

I also have been working out for a month trying to finally shake off the COVID shape I'd gotten through the shut down. So far with a workout routine 5 days a week and taking the Bio Complete 3 supplements daily, I saw 11 pounds drop off in my first month. I am not sure if I owe it all to the supplements or not. I can tell you from the first full week of taking supplements I noticed a significant difference in how I felt. I didn't feel bloated, and I didn't feel awful after a meal like I did previously.

For me all these were HUGE and significant in my world, I was getting down to my preferred weight and feeling better than I had in years! The other surprising and awesome result - I was sleeping better, I wasn't feeling like I was bloated or anything and have been able to get a good nights sleep. I don't know if it is all the supplements, but I do know I began this journey of working out and taking the supplements and it made a difference within a week. My husband noticed it, I wasn't so fatigued and because of my feeling better it did wonders for how we interact with one another. I wasn't so cranky or irritable over little things that I never used to be cranky on until the past year when my diet and lifestyle significantly changed due to the shut down of everything. I was really depressed as our wedding that we had spent a year planning meant we'd be having a Pandemic wedding because that far in you weren't going to get any money back and in order to change the date it would of meant paying even more. Wedding went on as planned and was lovely, but the whole process was stressful. I am thrilled by the results of Bio Complete 3 and I have no doubt it's responsible for my stomach feeling better and the regularity of my bowel movements.

I waited 2 days to see how I felt, well darn if I didn’t think I felt better? Was it the placebo effect or was my stomach and digestive tract feeling less “there”. Like it was comfortable, no feeling of what I had eaten, it was a good feeling.

To be honest, I have suffered from GERD issues for over 20 years and it was finally diagnosed by a pulmonologist 15 years ago. I have been on prescription Nexium for years, tried to get off it with licorice and other natural supplements, I was taking probiotics, lastly on to a prescription of Pantoprazole this year.

I am finishing my 1st bottle of Bio Complete 3 this month, I can’t tell you how happy I am. I used the Pantoprazole one time in the month, as I ate spicy pizza and sausage. Other than that, it has been an incredible turnaround.

Started change in eating habits per Plant Paradox around July 2020. I am ~6 ft and weighed 230 lbs. I lost 25 lbs by mid-November but gained 10 lbs back over the holidays and I am still having a hard time cutting out certain poor foods. I am pretty sure I had a candida overgrowth in the digestive tract (no doubt due to excess sugars). I used an alternative method to help kill off most of the candida but still believed I needed more help to change my gut microbiome, which I know takes both time and proper diet to maintain.

Since starting to take Bio Complete 3, my gut periodically feels like it's in turmoil, but I also have a decreased appetite when this happens. I see this as a good thing. I have not seen or felt significant, noticeable change with most supplements I have tried. I believe I am noticing a significant change with this product.

I have weighed between 210-225 lbs for most of the last 30 years, and my goal is to hover around 190 lbs and never exceed 200 lbs. I do not have any major health issues, though my triglycerides are on the high side. I strongly believe a healthy, diverse gut microbiome is essential, and I believe I am starting to see the effects of Bio Complete 3. Time will tell, and I will continue to monitor progress.
