I have had IBS-C for at least 30 years. I take Calcium and Magnesium twice daily along with a probiotic as prescribed by a gastroenterologist. Minimal help. Further complicate this by the constipating effects of bariatric surgery. In desperation, I tried Dr. Gundry's product. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? Well, it took one bottle before I saw results, but the results came overnight! One day, attempting to eliminate was an aerobic workout of sorts!
