Overall Experience:

I purchase Bio Complete 3 for my family to try during our business life. During our new Covid lifestyle of eating wasn't always the best, feeling constipated or not feeling energized, Bio Complete 3 sounds like it could help.
Pros and Cons:
- Quantity per bottle, 120 is good
- Slight smell of bubble gum
- Pooping was easier
- Taking 4 pills per day
- Size of capsule, too large
- Pricing, bit much during Covid
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
