Product is working as advertised. Saw improvement in a couple of days after starting the treatment.

After about a month of the program, were improved regular bowel moments. Stools turned a blackish color early on in the program. Color has returned to a brownish color. Indicates to me a "scrubbing" of the intestinal walls. Body had a lot of aches in joints, stiffness, overall fatigue. No energy. That has all improved after a month into the program.

I intend to continue with this product as it is so far helping me feel much better. I highly recommend the product for intestinal health.

I want to start by saying I work in the health care field and I understand that majority of the medical community treats symptoms not dysfunctions. Therefore, I am very skeptical of many products and understand it's a billion-dollar industry, in which everyone is trying to make a "buck." After researching the claims Dr. Gundry teaches us, I was convinced and had to buy his book "The Plant Paradox" and the cookbook that goes with it. He hits every level of commonsense with his explanations. I eventually had to try the product Bio Complete 3. I have to admit, everything he claims this product does; more energy, less foggy brain, regular bowel movements, etc., is true. My gut feels better and I have lost 5-8 lbs, and have only been using this product for roughly 2-3 weeks. I did not buy Bio Complete 3 to lose weight, I just wanted to have a normal gut. I will be using this product to help bridge my "feeling better" to improving my family diet (hard to convince a 4-year-old that Kraft Mac and Cheese is terrible).

I recommend this product and get Dr. Gundry's book, "The Plant Paradox."

I have had a problem with leaking stool for a few years. I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for almost a month now (4 a day). I have only had two minor slip-ups in the last 4 weeks now. So far I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Was having trouble being regular and Bio Complete has gotten me on the right track. There would be some days per week that my life would be governed by bowel symptoms, granted some due to foods I'd eaten, but my irregularity makes some days just miserable. Bio Complete has made my life more enjoyable.

I developed what I would describe as post-infectious IBS.

I had a number of episodes of infectious gastroenteritis over the years finally culminating in a rather severe profound episode while in Mexico about a year and a half ago. Following that episode things did not return to normal. I have GERD that was now exacerbated and small bowel grumbling noises and cramps/pain that did not abate and often diarrhea after eating. I did some research into my problem and it fit best a post-infectious remodeling of my GI tract possibly often described leaky bowel syndrome.

I tried Colostrum with some success but still did not feel my old self. I came upon your work and felt you had developed a great understanding of the GI tract, especially the role of butyrin as a primary chemical involved in GI tract function and health. Anyway, I am finishing off my first bottle and feel as if the results are quite favorable. So I hope they continue and if they do I will be a regular consumer of this formulation. Thanks for the efforts you made to understand and research bowel function.

I began taking the Bio Complete about a month ago and was able to see and feel a difference within the second week. I have had stomach issues off and on for years. I was in the hospital for 3 days in January of this year and they could not determine the cause, other than the ulcer that I knew about.

When I read about the results from others who had similar trouble that had gotten relief from this product. I knew I had to give it a try.

I take it faithfully morning and night and have had such outstanding results that I highly recommend you try it. Especially if you have similar problems.

I have even eliminated taking anti-acid tablets. That in itself is a relief to not be experiencing the pain and discomfort anymore.

The visits to the bathroom are also much less troubling.

The first thing I noticed was that I did not have my night cravings for sugar and this was after taking the first dose. I also gave a dose of 4 tablets to my husband telling him to let me know what he experienced. The first thing he noticed was that he felt nauseated when drinking his lemonade - which is usually very sweet (I would have to dilute 5 times).

I started Bio Complete 3 with great expectations to improve my health. I was living with bloating and stomach discomforts and lots of colon cancer in the family. I had a colonoscopy and my physician suggested probiotics. I started with that and when I saw Bio Complete 3 I ordered it immediately. I am feeling much better, no bloating, no constipation and my belly is flatter than before. I am waiting for better results when I can have a better diet. In this pandemic, I have some difficulties to find the food that Dr. Gundry recommended. This is the beginning!
