I am on week 3 of 4 Bio Complete 3 capsules every morning. I have been experiencing bloating all along and now have developed a worsening pain in my back at the waist which, I presume, is from gas. Will this eventually get better? Do I need to take fewer capsules? Advice?

I do not feel bloated and I’m having more regular bowel movements than I was. I don’t snack on sweets as much either. But I haven’t lost any weight.

Your service and support rank very high. Bio Complete 3 I have been taking for a month and have noticed a change in my stomach in having less of feeling upset. I have also noticed my bowel movements are not as strong in odor. I have been treated in the past for H Pylori and the odor of bowel movement is very strong and I had the same smell until I started using Bio Complete 3 so it must have helped my gut somehow.

When I started taking the capsules, they worked great. I previously had very loose stools. Then I got my 2nd Covid vaccine and the capsules aren’t working that well. Also, no weight loss.

Only been using Bio Complete 3 for approximately 2 weeks, but have noticed almost immediately that I do not have to take any laxative-type meds, as my bowel movements are regular and formed and soft to pass.
I have not yet lost weight, but my diet is probably not the healthiest, so working on that.
Bio Complete 3 is easy to take, and does seem to be easily accepted by my digestive system, considering some products that are gluten and lactose-inclusive upset my tummy and often give me flatulence and reflux.

It was working better the first couple of weeks and now it is not working as well. I have been experiencing more bloating and gas than I did before taking it. I am hesitant to keep taking it for these reasons.

I only notice a small change, not sure I would keep re-ordering. Though bought Vital Reds so will add that once I get it. Thought the dosage to start was a bit much and thought it is easier on the system to work up to full dosage.

I haven't really noticed anything yet, I have only been taking it since 3/20/21 so I'm sure I'll have a better answer when I finish the 3 months, but right now it's pretty much the same - not hard to take, no nasty aftertaste.

I have been taking the product Bio Complete 3 for 3/4 of the first bottle, 4 pills in the morning with my supplements (different vitamins). I am 40 years. I have experienced more BMs during the day and a bit of extra energy. I have a better overall feeling but have been breaking out with some zits. This could be from extreme environments I work in but definitely a difference. I will know more when I finish my third bottle. Gut health is key to keeping the toxins out of your body. I have had an American diet and life with no extra help in this regard for my whole life. So I am waiting to see if all the good effects that are expressed with this scientific supplement are what it is cracked up to be. I have been taking it for about a month and my sugar/food cravings are almost non-existing. My GI issues have improved a bit but I will give it more time to see if they resolve. What is madding is the pricing it can range from $23-$69. They send you deals but they expire, and when you buy at one price they offer you more at a lower price. That alone makes me want to stop taking it even though it’s working. Please stop the nonsense and just have one reasonable price.
