Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 Reviews

I was excited to try the product after seeing Dr. Gundry on a YouTube segment. I received the product and the directions on the bottle state “Take 4 capsules per day with 8fl. oz. of water”.

I wasn’t sure if that meant every 6 hours or what but I ended up taking an average of 2 per day - I still saw results. Then a couple of days ago, I received an email from Dr. Gundry saying to take 2 capsules with lunch and dinner and I am now doing that. I am 5’6” and usually weigh about 135, in size 4/6 - I am 64 years old and have never had a weight problem. Over the last 10 years, I have had a terrible bloating problem sometimes feeling like I’m 7 months pregnant and having to buy size 10 pants. I did experience relief quickly after taking Bio Complete 3 even though I was not taking the product correctly and I look forward to better results now. I like the emails and communication with Dr. Gundry but I suggest the Recommended Use instructions on the bottle be changed.

When I first ordered Bio Complete 3 from the Dr. Gundry website I was excited. I've had leaky gut and other tummy issues my entire life, but then I read the reviews on Amazon! OMG, I thought I had been duped, so many people gave negative reviews or bad side effects. I, however, experienced no bad side effects and nothing but good. My tummy feels better and looks flatter. I like the fact that it's an all-in-one formula so I don't have to take any more pills. I've already been following a low lectin diet and notice anytime I stray, back comes the swollen joints and the tummy bloat. Bio Complete 3 seems to be healing a list of life-long symptoms.

I have only used Bio Complete 3 for almost a month, so it’s too soon to give a fair review. I was already taking another brand so I switched. So far I haven’t noticed any difference from the other brand.

I have only been able to have 2 at breakfast due to the fact I do not eat dinner. It has alleviated my heartburn somehow, but my gut problems a little. Also having to take 8 ounces of water with it makes me a little sick to drink it all at once.

I have been in treatment for cancer and it has caused severe stomach cramps with very little relief even with the prescriptions the doctors gave me.

The probiotics have eliminated the pain most of the time and when it does return it is not as extreme and lasts for much shorter periods of time.

I love my Bio Complete 3. It has helped with a lot of the stomach issues that I was having. I had to take many intravenous antibiotics following a severe infection. The antibiotics destroyed my stomach lining. After two years of trying other products, Dr. Gundry’s Bio Complete 3 worked in 2 weeks. I no longer have any IBS and I feel better energy wise as well. I will continue to take these and other of his products. They are wonderful.

Since I started Bio Complete 3 I was having more of a normal bowel movement than diarrhea, which having ulcerative colitis you seem to always have diarrhea. It’s only been 2 weeks since I started taking the Bio Complete 3 but I see a difference.

My weight had started to get out of control over the long winter months. Getting back into a gym with COVID restrictions didn't seem like a great idea. So, I decided to take a chance with this product. I have been pleasantly surprised so far. My cravings for snacks have been reduced. So has bloating. I'm starting to lose weight where I hated it the most...just below my waistline. So far the weight loss has been 5.5 lbs. I have weighed in once per week.

I definitely can feel a difference since I started using this product. I have a little more energy now, with hopefully more to come. My bowel movements have definitely improved, are much softer, and usually twice a day compared to maybe once. Feel like I am watching what I eat more now that I am taking capsules twice a day. Only been taking this for about 2 weeks.
