I have had a weight problem since 1979. Exercise, sauna, yo-yo dieting, eating all the wrong foods for all these years. I have been happy with the results. I have always had a problem with bloating after eating any meal and using this product has much lessened that problem.

I am also happy to say that I am able to eliminate every single day which I was not able to do before and had a tremendous amount of constipation. This product has completely taken care of that problem.

I have tried different medicine for my heartburn prescribed by my doctor, nothing works and it became worse. I didn’t have a regular bowel movement and the medicine my doctor gave me made my stomach have discomfort. I tried also different natural medicine and nothing worked, but when I started to try this Bio Complete 3, after just 2 days it felt different, and as I continue taking it after one week it completely changed my condition. My heartburn is gone and I don’t need to put a lot of pillows under my head every time I sleep. It changed my mood and I’m so happy now.

At first I was skeptical about taking 4 capsules a day. But within 3-4 days I noticed that I began to have more energy. And not the caffeine type of energy that coffee gives you and then you crash. But a steady flow of energy that made me want to get up and accomplish my goals for the day. As measured by time. I found that I just didn't have the state of mind to want to accomplish these goals, until I started taking Bio Complete 3. Where the mind leads, the rest will follow.

So it started with the energy of my brain, actually programming my body to get up and move. I realized that the energy I needed, started with my brain or my mind. I go to sleep without hesitations or worry. I wake up feeling energized. I cut the grass, clean the house, babysit, and go to work on a limitless supply of fuel. My appetite is steady with no cravings. So far I'm pleased with the results of this product. I found the product through an ad and I thought it was the only option, so I ordered the Bio Complete 3. Now I found a second ad for the Total formula and being on a budget, wish I had purchased it instead. I feel it would suit my problem more effectively. I've already spent my money so I'll finish the Bio Complete 3, since I am gaining some relief from it also. I feel the advertising for Dr. Gundry's products has caused me to purchase the wrong product. Still yet, I am happy to report that the Bio Complete 3 is helping me manage the chronic gastritis that I've suffered with for over 5 years now. I have stopped taking Imodium by the handful to manage the daily bouts of diarrhea. I still experience the symptom two or three minor times a week instead of daily, but it's better. I just wish I had found the Total formula first, because I feel I could gain complete relief from an ailment that I've suffered daily with, as I said for almost 5 years.

It's a great product so far, so I don't want to return it, but the failure of your advertising to provide the clear fact, that there are other similar products offered, has led me astray of what I feel I really should have purchased and set me back in my search for some kind of relief from my ailment. I have learned a lot over the years and there are noticeable signs I've found, that lead to leaky gut syndrome, but I had never heard of it before. So I could never pinpoint my problem. Neither could the geologist I was going to, either. Thanks for the great products, Doctor, you're helping a lot of people, and thanks for listening.

My wife and I are both trying Bio Complete 3. She, having some gastric issues noticed an immediate improvement. I, unfortunately, have not been able to detect any effect. My wife feels much better and at this point will continue to use Bio Complete 3. This is good evidence that it works for some, and not for others. Assuming for those it works for there is a definite issue that needed some help.

I am 37 and active, I thought I had good energy levels since I stayed pretty active all day. I started taking the Bio Complete 3 and noticed an energy boost in about 3 days! I was a believer!
