The good news is it has stopped some of my bloating but not at all times.

I am feeling better, I have more energy. I am having regular BMs. I have not had the chance to change my diet yet and get rid of all the bad things for me. I am still learning and will get there. I have been taking the product for 2 weeks. No side effects. At this point, I don't feel any different. I like the science behind the product. It makes a lot of sense to repair the gut so that other parts of my body that are affected by massive inflammation can be repaired. Bio Complete 3 has acted like a springboard to other aspects of my health. By being informed I am now conscious of not eating food high in lectins. Two pills in the morning and again in the evening is easy to remember. I know it will take time to feel and look different.

I like the fact that Bio Complete 3 has prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotic all combined in one supplement! I’ve suffered from unexplainable GI problems for over 2 years and now feel like help is finally on the way with Bio Complete 3! My bloating, gas, and abdominal pains have eased off considerably, I still have some but not nearly the amount of discomfort I’ve had for the past couple of years. I’ve been taking it for just about a month and noticed the most relief came after 2 weeks for me. I use this in combination with Dr. Gundry’s Total Restore and 24 strain probiotic as well. I was desperate to feel better and so I chose to give it a try after reading other reviews. I am hopeful to have some more relief as I continue to take Bio Complete 3.

I am a 69-year-old disabled veteran. I have many health problems that I got in the Vietnam War caused by Agent Orange. A very toxic chemical! I must go to the bathroom at least two times a day to get the ammonia out of my system every day. I take two different medications. One in the morning and one three times a day. My digestive track started working one hundred percent better. I couldn’t have felt better. I started going to the bathroom two to three times a day. It was the greatest feeling I had felt in years.
