I have been taking Bio Complex 3 for two weeks while incorporating The Energy Paradox program. Bio Complex 3 immediately cut my hunger, and help expedite reaching The Energy Paradox meal timetable. Noticed a reduction in craving for sweets. No IBS and GERD symptoms for 10 days. It was a daily and hourly issue prior.
