I am 37 and active, I thought I had good energy levels since I stayed pretty active all day. I started taking the Bio Complete 3 and noticed an energy boost in about 3 days! I was a believer! I feel great, I am losing my Covid love handles and still enjoy higher levels of energy and don’t crash at the end of the day like I usually would. I am really enjoying this product.
