I’ve been doing a 1/2 tbsp of the olive oil per day since I got it. I’m amazed that I’ve been feeling better and my sinus issues have been better since taking it also. This is something I’m going to continue using and I highly recommend it!

I was a dental assistant for 34 years, I have degenerate disc disorder in my neck, arthritis in my hands. My knees had constant pain and could not stand for them to get cold. My hands would hurt on a daily basis, especially if they got cold, and within 3 weeks of taking your olive oil I noticed my hand didn't hurt, nor did my knees even when they got cold. I have become more flexible. I started my husband on the oil and he too had noticed that his joints don't hurt like they did. We are a firm believer that this oil has made a difference. Thank you Dr. Gundry for an "eye-opening" education on olive oils! Had basic understanding from general sources, regarding the dilution of oils found in our US markets, however, no idea as to how to tease out from all the marketing, which products were optimal!

It would be hard to argue that olive oil isn't an extraordinary thing to have in your diet, but getting quality olive oil seemed impossible to determine and difficult to consume in quantity. Grundy gives great guidance with olive oil and a product that resolves the quantity issue. Bravo!
